This is the UI display and buttons function as shown. On the left,
you have the choice of nine function keys. The right shows the
work parameter selection keys. The middle shows the current
status.
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR CONTROL PANEL

TIPS AND HINTS

selected.

If toasting two pieces, place them in the middle of the oven rack.
Four pieces should be evenly spaced - two in front and two at the
back.
Always use Position 2 for toasting. Do not invert rack in Position 2
as this may result in burning.

For best results, place frozen pizza on inverted rack in Position 1.
For fresh pizza, place the dough directly on the baking/drip pan on

All frozen ingredients can be thawed through this function.
Roast
/Roast:
Default time: 60 minutes Time range: 10~60 minutes:,
Default temperature: 130℉ Temperature range: 130~180℉,
Dress up vegetables by roasting them. As they caramelise, they
become sweet. Due to some foods roasting faster, check the
progress at least 5-10 minutes before the end of suggested cooking
time.
Broil
/Broil:
Default time: 10 minutes Time range: 1~20 minutes: ,
Default temperature: 450℉ Temperature range: 400/450℉.,
Broiling function can be used for beef chicken, pork, fish, and more. ,
It also can be used to top-brown casseroles and gratins.
Dehy
/Dehydrate:
Default time: 8 hours Time range: 4~24 hours: ,
Default temperature: Temperature range: 90~160 .130℉,℉
Lemon juice can be used to pretreat fruits and vegetables to prevent
browning.
Drying times can greatly vary due to the thickness of cuts and
relative humidity.
Check foods often for dryness.
Do not overload. Foods should be arranged in a single layer without
overlapping.

Many foods can be fried using this mode, such as:
Bacon, chicken wings, frozen chicken nuggets, frozen fish sticks,
shrimp, tortilla chips and vegetables.
Others
A. Power mode: The oven is powered on, the buzzer will sound for
one second and all ICONS on the control panel will light up (enter
the selection mode). If there is no operation after five minutes, the
red icon will light up in standby mode .
B. Standby mode: Enter the standby mode (the red icon is on)
and the control panel will only ligh on the switch button (the red
icon is on). Click (red icon) to light up all functions on the panel.
Users can choose their desired menu, time, temperature, etc. After
selection, click (red icon) and the icon will turn green
- the oven will start working.
C. Selection mode: All the lights of the function menu are on. The
menu selected by the user will light up. (Time and temperature
display will be on).
D. In working mode, hold down the icon for 1.5 seconds to enter
standby.
E. Select the mold type and hold down the icon for 1.5 seconds to
put the oven directly into standby.
F. In select mode, if there is no operation within 5 minutes, and the
program enters standby mode.
G. If the user switches the menu program after opening the oven,
click the icon again after closing the door to enter the oven
working mode.
H. Users can switch between Fahrenheit and celsius by pressing the
button for 3 seconds.
