Assembling the Scarecrow
Step 1. Align the two Halves of Upper Body (D) with each other and insert the rod on one half
into the hole in the other half. Insert the rod on the bottom of the Head (B) into the holes
on the top of the Upper Body (D). (FIG.1)
Step 2. Align the two Halves of Lower Body (E) with each other then Connect the 2 parts of the
Coated Support Poles (F) together then insert the bottom into the Round Base (G) with the
tapered end up then insert the top in he hole at the bottom of the Lower Body (E). (FIG.2)
Step 3. insert the rods of the Upper Body (D) into the holes of the Lower Body (E). (FIG.3)
Step 4. Attach the Parts of Hat (A) together. Insert the rod at the bottom of the Hat (A) into the holes in
the top of the Head (B) . (FIG.4)
Step 5. Fasten all parts of the Body with Plastic Ties (I). (FIG.5)
Step 6. Wrap the Scarf (C) around the neck of the Scarecrow. Pose the arms
upward. (FIG.6)
Step 7. Insert Ground Stakes (H) into the ground around Round Base. (FIG.7)
Pre-Operation
CAUTION:Grasp the plug to insert or remove from the power source.
Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
CAUTION:The lighting string on this product is rated at 4.8 Watts
(0.04Amps). Do not overload. Do not connect to another lighting string, decorative
outfit or other electrical products. Before you use or re-use this product inspect it
carefully. Return to place of purchase with purchase receipt if the product has cuts,
damage, frayed wire insulation on cords, cracks in the socket enclosures, loose
connections or exposed copper wire.
CareandCleaning
a. Carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed. This helps to avoid any
undue strain or stress on the product conductors, connections, and wires. If the
product is placed somewhere other than the ground it should be well secured and
stable.
b. Wipe the product with a damp cloth and allow the product to dry before storing.
c. Store the product neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.
