MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED WEIGHT
LOADS
WARNING: This unit is not intended for use with CRT
TVs. Use only with flat panel TVs and audio/video
equipment meeting recommended size and weight
limits. Never use with larger/heavier than recommended
flat panel TVs or equipment. To avoid instability, place
flat panel TV in the center of the unit; the base of the
television must be able to rest on the supporting
surface of the unit without over-hanging the edges.
Improperly positioned flat panel TVs, or flat panel TVs or
other equipment that exceeds recommended size and
weight limits could fall off or break the unit, causing
possible serious injury.

materials, or fail under normal use, we will repair or replace it for a period of up to one (1) year from date of purchase.

Assembly

Screwing the cam bolts
NOTE: Do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go back and fully tighten all
bolts. This will make the assembly easier.
□Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratches.
□Securely screw the cam bolts (CC) into the designated plastic bushings on the top panel and base (A and B)
and side panels (K and N) and center shelf molding (D). Fully tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.

□Securely screw the cam bolts (CC) into the designated plastic bushings on the left partition panel (L). Fully
tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.

Screwing the cam bolts
□Securely screw the cam bolts (CC) into the designated plastic bushings on the right partition panel (M). Fully
tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.

Attaching the center shelf assembling
□Align and attach the center shelf assembling (C) to the panels (L and M) by using six wood dowels (AA) and
six cam locks (BB).

Attaching the left side panel and
fixed shelf
□Align and attach one fixed shelf (I) to the left panels (K and L) by using four wood dowels (AA) and four cam
locks (BB).

Attaching the right side panel and fixed shelf
□Repeat the same procedure to combine the other fixed shelf (I) and right panels (M and N) together.

Attaching the top panel
□Glue eight wood dowels (AA) into the top inner holes on panels (K, L, M and N). Position the top panel (A) onto
the inserted wood dowels (AA) and fasten it in place with eight cam locks (BB).

Attaching the middle crossbar
□Attach the middle crossbar (E) to the base (B) by using two wood dowels (AA) and three cam locks (BB).

Installing the base
□Glue eight wood dowels (AA) into the bottom inner holes on side panels (K and N) and partition panels (L and
M). Position the base (B) onto the inserted wood dowels (AA) and fasten it in place with eight cam locks (BB).

Installing the metal plate
□Stand the assembled unit upright.
□Fasten the middle crossbar (E) to the partition panels (L and M) by attaching two metal plates (FF) at the
joints, using two wood screws (EE) in each. As shown.

Installing the supports
□Align and attach the supports (F) to the base (B) with two wood dowels (CC) and two cam locks (AA) in each,
as shown.

Attaching the back panels
□Pick up the back panels (J, Q and R) and align the drilled holes against the upper long edge with the pilot
holes on the back stretcher of top panel (A). Attach the back panels in place using the provided washer head
screws (DD).
