HOW TO OPERATE AND INSTALL
HOW IT WORKS
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Each path light contains (1)1.2V AA 300mAh Ni-MH rechargeable battery. When
the battery expires, it must be recycled or disposed of properly. Please contact
your local waste disposal authority for correct procedure. Do not put battery into
fire.
1. Pull out the Solar Panel Unit (Part A) from the Plastic Frame (Part B)
2. Use a screwdriver to screw out 3 screws on the bottom of the Solar Panel Unit
(Part A) and open the battery chamber.
3. Replace the old battery with a new battery making sure the polarity is correct.
4. Reposition the battery cover tightly.
Battery replacement
RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
• Pull out the Solar Panel Unit (Part A) from the Plastic Frame (Part B)
• Pull out the tag which is on the bottom of the Solar Panel Unit (Part A )
• Replace the Solar Panel Unit accordingly.

• Pull out the Ground Spike (Part D) on the bottom of the light fixture, and then
insert back to the light fixture in reverse.
• Take the light to the area where it can receive a full 8 hours of sunlight to allow
the rechargeable battery to reach maximum capacity.
Note: Lights with solar panel may have a protective film over the solar panel. This
must be removed prior to use.
