SAFETY WARNINGS
Read this information carefully before installation or use of
this product. Keep this manual with the product for future
reference.
1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above, and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe
way and if they understand the hazards involved.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE
ASSEMBLY
Loosen and remove the L style screw (19) and lock
plate (18) from the outer pipe (17).
Connect the base cover (20) and gravity block (21)
together, to create the base. Then lay them on a dry,
flat foor.
Insert the outer pipe (17) into the hole of the base and
lock the L style screw (19).
Loosen the height adjustment control collar (16) on
top of the inner pipe (15). Pull the inner pipe (15) out
from the outer pipe (17) to adjust the fan to the

PLACING THE MOTOR ON TO THE
INNER PIPE
Loosen the height adjustment control collar (16).
Carefully pull the inner pipe out to the desired height,
then re-tighten the height adjustment control collar (16).
Loosen the set screw (13).
Place the head of the motor (09) on to the inner pipe.
Firmly tighten the set screw (13).

NOTE: Never fully remove the height adjustment control
collar (16), as this may result in the inner pipe detaching and
damaging the
appliance.

Remove the plastic grille nut (06) by rotating it
anti-clockwise from the motor shaft (08).
Place the rear grille (07) into position. If this is done
correctly, the hole which is use for safety screw of the
grille should be at the bottom.
Fix the rear grille (07) into position by locking the
plastic grille nut (06) tightly.
The groove in the centre of the fan blade (05) aligns
with the bolt on the motor shaft (08) to ensure
it’s installed correctly.
Fix the blade (05) into the motor shaft (08) gently by
hand, then tighten the blade cap (04) by rotating it
anti-clockwise.
Mount the front grille (01) onto the rear grille (07) by
hanging the top hook clip of front grille over the top of
the rear grille. Close the clasps all around the grille,
then fit the nut and screw through the hole in the
bottom edge of the front grille, and tighten.
Test the blade to check whether it can can rotate
freely. If not, please rework step 6 onwards.

Wind mode: Natural, sleep
Wind speed: Low, middle, high
1-7H timing: 1-7 hours
Press the ON/SPEED button to start the fan. Press this
button repeatedly to select the desired fan speed: Low,
medium or high.
Timing function: Press TIMER button to start the timing
function. The timer can be set up to 7 hours. To increase the
time by 1 hour intervals, continue to press the 'TIMER' button
up to 7 times, to reach the desired time.
Oscillation function: Press the SWING button to start the
Oscillation function, press it again to turn off the Oscillation
function.
OFF: Press the OFF button to stop the fan.
Wind speed: Press this SPEED
button repeatedly to select
the desired fan speed: Low,
medium or high.
Press the POWER button to
start the fan.
Oscillation function: Press the
OSC button to turn on the
Oscillation function, press it
again to turn off this function.
Wind: Press the MODE button
to select or switch between
natural and sleep modes.
Timing function: Press TIMER
button to start the timing
function. The timer can be set
up to 7 hours. To increase the

the desired time.

CLEANING
Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
Use a soft damp cloth with a mild soap to clean the fan.
DO NOT use abrasive cleaners.
DO NOT immerse the fan in water and never allow water to
drop into the motor component.
DO NOT use petrol, thinner or other chemicals to clean
the fan.

PLUG REPLACEMENT
WARNING! The wires in the mains lead are coloured in
accordance with the following code:
Blue – Neutral
Brown – Live
As the colour of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance
may not correspond with the coloured marking identifying
the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows:
The blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked N
or coloured black.
The brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked
L or coloured red.

If you need to replace the fitted plug, then follow the
instructions below.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defect in materials,
workmanship and finish.
Any claim under this warranty must be made by going to
your nearest Homebase store, taking your proof of
purchase with you, and claims must be made within 2 years
of the date of purchase.
We will offer you a free repair of the item where this is
possible, or a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights
remain unaffected, in particular any rights you may have
under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
