1. Product Introduction
JL110A (see Illustration 1), is the intelligent folding electric wheelchair, the operation is flexible and easy
to use. The frame material is made of high strength aluminum alloy, light and firm. Many human and
practical designs can help the users of the operation to realize their own life.

3. Installation

1). Connect the controller with the battery.
2). Release the clutch as following position (In the case of insufficient power, the switch can be released
to push the wheelchair).

4.) The driving speed can be adjusted by the knob (+) or (-) on the controller. It means the wheelchair
has reached the maximum speed when all speed light is on.
5.) It means the power is enough when all the power volume lights on. It means the power is exhausted
when there is only red light on, please stop using and charge immediately.
6.) According to local voltage, adjust the power supply input (115 V / 230 V) of the charger, plug the
outlet of the charger into the charge jack of the controller. It will automatically stop charging if the power
of the battery is sufficient,
The charger lights state:
Red - the power is connected
Yellow - charging
Alternating Yellow and green - battery is going to be sufficient .
Green - battery is charged full
4. Important notes
1). Please charge the battery when the first time use, avoid to using the wheelchair in low power to avoid
the damage to the battery. Please charge the battery after each use to keep longer life of the battery.
2). If the wheelchair is not used for a long time (two months or more), please charge the battery firstly
and disconnect the plug between battery and controller before storing the wheelchair. Charge every two
months to extend the service life of battery.
3). The wheelchair should be placed in dry and ventilated place, avoided to contact with corrosive
chemical substances such as oil, acid, alkali, etc.

4). Clean the wheelchair frequently with neutral detergents, wipe off water immediately if there is any to
keep wheelchair dry.
5). Always clean the wheel axis (clean up wool, hair, etc), check whether the screws are loose and adjust
them properly. Lubricate the wheel shaft and bearing of the castor each month.
6). Avoid to using the wheelchair in such place such as direct exposure、raining and water. Strictly prohibit
to using wheelchair for bath.
