Press the power button.
Choose a temperature
measurement mode.

Point the device to the
forehead within a 3 cm.
Press the power button
again to measure the temperature.

Before taking the measurement,
attain your normal heart rate.
3Place your arm so that the device
is at the same level with your heart.
Then press the blue button at the
bottom to start taking the measurement.
Wrap the cuff around either arm and
tighten the strap so the red tab is on
the elbow.
