•If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult a doctor before using
this appliance.
• Only use this appliance for the intended use as described in this booklet.
•This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
• This appliance should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from any
physical ailment that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls.
• DO NOT use attachments not recommended by HoMedics.
• Keep away from heated surfaces.
• Individuals with pacemakers and pregnant women should consult a doctor
before using this appliance.
• DO NOT use on an infant, invalid or on a sleeping or unconscious person.
• DO NOT use on sensitive, very dry or damaged skin or directly on swollen or
inflamed areas or skin eruptions. If you have circulatory or skin problems
consult your doctor before using.
• Do not use on irritated, sunburned or chapped skin, or on any area with
dermatological problems.
• Use should be easy and painless. If you experience nail or skin irritation, or
hand discomfort when using this product, discontinue use. If a more extreme
reaction occurs, consult your doctor.
• If you feel any discomfort whilst using this appliance, discontinue use and
consult your doctor.
• For external use only.
• This is a non-professional appliance, designed for personal use.
• Do not use for longer than the recommended time of 5 minutes.
BATTERY CAUTIONS:
• Follow equipment instructions carefully and always use the recommended
type of battery.
• For best results use AA size R6 Alkaline batteries.
• Replace all batteries at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries or
batteries of different types or brands.
• We do not recommend the use of rechargeable batteries.
• DO NOT put batteries in fire.
• DO NOT puncture, crush, dent or dismantle batteries.
• DO NOT attempt to revive primary batteries by heating, charging or other
means.
• DO NOT allow children to fit batteries without adult supervision.
• DO NOT short circuit batteries by connecting the + and – terminals together.
• Keep batteries out of the reach of young children.
• Seek medical advice if you believe a battery has been swallowed.
FITTING THE BATTERIES
•The Facial Cleansing Brush uses two AA
size R6 Alkaline batteries.
• To fit the batteries, remove the battery
cover by pulling the battery cover away
from the device until the two parts
comeapart.
• Insert the batteries taking care to observe
the correct polarity +ve to +ve and –ve
to –ve (Fig 1)
•Replace the battery cover by firmly
pushing it into position.
MAINTENANCE
Regular care and cleaning is essential to maintain your Facial Cleansing Brush in
peak working condition. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision. Regularly check the device for signs of damage.
To Store
Store attachment and unit in a safe, dry place, out of children’s reach.
To C ean
Clean the unit and brush head after each use. Clean the outside of the product
using a damp cloth and dry thoroughly before using. To clean the brush head,
remove from the unit and wash in warm soapy water.
DO NOT use abrasive cleaners.
DO NOT use petroleum based or flammable cleaning agents because of fire risk.
Dependent on use we recommend that you replace your brush head every 3-4
months to ensure the brushes performance is maintained. For replacement parts
contact your local Homedics Service Centre.
Battery directive
This symbol indicates that batteries must not be disposed of in the domestic
waste as they contain substances which can be damaging to the
environment and health. Please dispose of batteries in designated collection
points.
WEEE exp anation
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other
household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the
environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it
responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your
used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer
where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental
safe recycling.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
App ying attachment
1. Switch the Facial Cleansing Brush to the off position (OFF).
2. Push the brush head attachment onto the head of the hand unit until it locks
into position with a click (Fig 2).
3. Switch the unit on (ON).
Removing the brush attachment
1. Switch the Facial Cleansing Brush to the off position (OFF)
2. Pull the attachment away from the device with one hand whilst holding the
device with the other hand.
3. See Maintenance section for instructions on how to clean and care for the
brush attachments.
To c eanse the face (Norma Brush, Sensitive Brush & Exfo iating Brush)
1. Remove any eye make-up by hand before using this device. It is not designed
to remove eye make-up.
2. Wet your skin with warm water.
3. Attach the desired brush head to the device following the instructions above.
4. Wet the brush with warm water and apply a facial cleanser solution of your
choice (not included) to the brush head.
5. Turn the device on and gently apply the brush to your skin working in
circular motions on your face to deeply cleanse the skin. Keep the brush head
square to your skin this will avoid any excess spray from the device.
P ease note: ensure the skin is kept damp with product / water and the
unit is constantly moving in circular movements to avoid dragging the skin
6. Concentrate for approximately 10 seconds per cheek, 20 seconds on the
forehead and 20 seconds on the nose and chin area.
P ease note: keep away from the delicate eye area.
7. Rinse your face with warm water and gently pat dry with a towel.
Recommendation: it is recommended to cleanse your face with the
normal or sensitive brush before using the exfoliating brush.
Using the facia sponge:
1. Follow instructions above on cleansing face
2. Attach the facial sponge following the above instructions
3. Apply facial cream directly to the facial sponge
4. In a circular motion, massage the face cream to your facial area, reapplying
additional face cream when needed.
Using the wrink e reducer:
1. Attached the wrinkle reducer attachment following the instructions above
2. Turn the device on and gently apply the device to your skin working in
circular motions. Use the wrinkle reducer on cheeks, around the lip area and
on the neck area.

any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of HoMedics. This guarantee is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the UK / EU. A
product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and
/ or authorised, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under this guarantee. HoMedics shall not be responsible for any type of incidental,
consequential or special damages.
To obtain guarantee service on your product, return the product post-paid to your local service centre along with your dated sales receipt (as proof of purchase). Please
refer to ‘HoMedics Service Centre’ information leaflet for details of your local service centre. Upon receipt, HoMedics will repair or replace, as appropriate, your product
and return it to you, post-paid. Guarantee is solely through HoMedics Service Centre. Service of this product by anyone other than the HoMedics Service Centre voids
the guarantee.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
