Installationsanleitung / Installation instructions
Der Einbau und Installation des POF/UAE 1xPPR darf
nur durch eine Elektrokraft erfolgen
Um die allgemeinen Sicherheitsbestimmungen für Fernmeldanlagen
zu erfüllen und um Störbeeinflussungen zu vermeiden, muss die DIN
VDE 0100 Teil 520 bzw. die DIN EN 50174-2:2001-09, Abschnitte 6.4
und 6.5 beachtet werden: Eine physische Trennung oder geeignete
Trennstege sind vorzusehen (Abstand oder Schrimung).
The mounting and installation of the POF(UAE 1xPPR
should only be performed by a qualified electrician
In order to fulfill the general safety regulations of telecommunication
systems and to avoid interference, the DIN VDE 0100 Part 520 and
the EN 50174 2:2001-09, Parts 6.4 and 6.5 have to be followed. A
physical separation or suitable separating pieces shall be provided
(distance or shielding).
Montage Mounting
1. Setzen sie den OMC 100 REG auf die Hutschiene auf und rasten
Sie ihn an.

Zuschneiden und Anschließen
Nach dem Verlegen des Kabels längen Sie es mit dem POF-
Schneidewerkzeug folgendermaßen ab und achten Sie darauf, dass
beide Adern gleich lang sind:
Cutting and connecting the POF-cable
After having laid the POF-cable shorten it to the appropriate length
by using the POF cutting tool as describe below and make sure
that both wires are equally long:
1. Trennen Sie das Kabel vorsichtig in der
Mitte auf und achten Sie darauf, dass
keine Unebenheiten des Mantels das
Einführen des Kabels behindern

2. Führen Sie es in das POF-
Schneidewerkzeug ein und schneiden
Sie es durch Druck auf die Klinge ab.
3. Öffnen Sie die POF-Klemme durch
leichtes Ziehen am weißen Anschluss.
4. Entfernen Sie die rote Schutzkappe.
5. Führen Sie das POF-Kabel ein und
achten Sie darauf, dass es bis zum
Anschlag geschoben wird, um eine
sichere Verbindung zu gewährleisten.
1. Cautiously split the cable down the middle and make sure that
there is no unevenness on the coating which could hinder the
inserting of the cable.
2. Insert the cable into the POF cutting tool and cut itby pressing
the blade.
3. Open the POF terminal by slightly pulling it out.
4. Remove the red protection cap.
5. Insert the POF-cable. Make sure that it is pushed all the way up
to the stop in order to guarantee a safe connection.
6. Schließen Sie die POF-Klemme, indem

12/24 V an das 230-V-Versorgungsnetz an.
Die grüne Betriebsanzeige leuchtet bei angeschlossener
230-V-Versorgung.
4. Sichern Sie die Stromversorgung über eine eigene
Sicherung in der Verteilung ab.
5. Schalten Sie die Netzspannung an.
6. Öffnen Sie die Staubschutzklappe
und schließen Sie Ihr
Ethernet-Gerät (z. B. PC, Router,
Set-Top-Box) über Patchkabel
am RJ45-Anschluss an.
