Ausbau der Winde | removal of the winch1.
Sichtprüfung der Winde – Schmutz, Risse, Pole, Freigängigkeit des
Kupplungsdrehgri󰀨s

Zerlegen der Winde | Dismounting of the winch3.
Benötigtes Werkzeug Inbus 3, 4 und 5 mm, Mehrzweckfett, Messschieber
Tools needed Allen Key 3, 4 and 5 mm, multi-purpose grease, caliper gauge
Seil abrollen und ggfs. Steuerbox entfernen. Getriebe auf “out” stellen.
Unwind the winch rope and remove control box if needed. Put gearbox in “out”.

Bitte beachte, zu Beginn die Stromverbindung zu trennen.
Please note to disconnect the power supply at the beginning.

Schrauben entfernen und Deckel mit Kohlen entfernen, anschließend Motor abziehen.
Unscrew the 2 screws and remove the cap with the brushes, pull engine afterwards.

Sichtprüfung der Kohlen, Entfernen von Dreck, Dichtung nicht beschädigen und Motor von Dreck
und Ablagerungen säubern.
Visual check of the brushes, remove of all dirt, do not damage the seal and control of wear,
remove all dirt from the inside of the motor.

Größe der Kohlen im Neuzustand 12,56 mm, Verschleißgrenze 8mm.
Size of brushes in original condition 12,56 mm, minimum wear 8mm.

Nach Sichtprüfung Mitnehmer ziehen und von Fett und Dreck säubern wenn nötig, anschließend
neu fetten. Nach langer Einsatzdauer ohne Service ist säubern und fetten vorgeschrieben.
After visual check, pull the carrier and remove all dirt and grease if neccessary, regrease
afterwards. After long-term use without maintenace, cleaning and regreasing is mandatory.

Trommel abziehen und auch auf Dreck und Abrieb prüfen. Säubern und neu fetten, wenn nötig.
Trommel auch nach schwerem oder langem Einsatz auf Verformungen prüfen.
Pull the drum and check for dirt and wear. Clean and regrease if necessary. Also check the drum
for deformation after heavy use or long-term use.

Getriebe zerlegen - Achtung: Das Planetengetriebe sitzt locker, dieses aus dem Gehäuse
ziehen. Dabei auf die Dichtung achten und auf Dreck und Abrieb prüfen.
Dismantle the gearbox - Attention: the planetary gears are loose, pull those out of the housing.
Watch out for the seal and check for dirt and wear.

Innenseite des Gehäuses und Außenseite des Getriebes auf Verschleiß, Dreck und Abrieb
prüfen und beides gründlich reinigen.
Thoroughly check and clean the housing and the outside of the gears.

Planeten Getriebe aus Freilauf ziehen. Verzahnung auf Verschleiß kontrollieren und
Sichtprüfung des Fetts durchführen. Wenn nötig siehe Abb 12. Freigängigkeit des Getriebes
kontrollieren.
Pull Planetary gears out of freewheel. Check gearing for wear and look at the grease. If
neccessary look at Abb 12 the next page. Turn the gear for free movement.

Getriebe in Einzelteile zerlegen, auf Reihenfolge achten. Zähne kontrollieren und gründlich von
Fett befreien und säubern. Neu fetten und zusammenbauen. Getriebe wieder in den Freilauf
einsetzen und dann in das Gehäuse.
Dismantle the gears, watch out for assembling order. Check the teeth and clean thoroughly
all grease and wear that might be. Regrease and assemble again. Put the gears back into the
freewheel and into the housing.

Zusammenbau der Winde in der Gegenrichtung.
Reassembling the winch in the opposite direction of the steps.

Für den kleinen Service reicht eine Sichtprüfung der Bauteile ohne diese in die Einzelteile zu zerlegen.
Abschmieren des Motors und des Mitnehmer, Reinigen der Kohlen und der Spule, sowie Abschmieren des
Getriebes ohne dieses zu zerlegen.
Neues Fett in das Getriebe und dieses manuel drehen damit sich das Fett verteilen kann.
A visual inspection of the parts is su󰀩cient for the small service. That means regreasing the motor and carrier,
cleaning of the brushes and coil, as well as greasing the gearbox without dissmanteling.
Put new grease into the gearbox and turn it manually to ensure that it will spread.

Bei Einsätzen in Gegenden wie Wüsten oder schlammigen Gebieten wird ein großer Service nach 6 Monaten
empfohlen. Je nachdem muss der Service auch nach jedem Einsatz genauer durchgeführt werden.
When used in areas like deserts and moist muddy areas, the detailed service should be done after at latest 6
months. Depending on the area, the check-up after use should be done more detailed.

Allgemein
In general
• Nach jedem Einsatz muss die Winde geprüft werden, beschädigte Teile wie das Seil müssen sofort
getauscht werden, um die Funktion zu erhalten. Sollten sich Motor oder Getriebe fehlerhaft anhören,
müssen diese auch umgehend geprüft und ggfs. gewartet oder getauscht werden.
After every use the winch must be inspected, damaged parts like the rope must be replaced
immediately, to ensure the function of the winch. If motor or gearbox sound di󰀨erent, maintenance is
mandatory and/or replacement of such parts.
