Descrition
Suited for mounting on 4-wheel cross-country motorcycles or for universal use.
Built-in overload protection. The clutch allows for uncoupling and drawing the wire
out by hand
Safety
General: The winch is equipped with a permanent magnet motor and is designed for
intermittent use; it should not be under a constant load. The winch is not designed for
industrial use and the manufacturer does not warrant its suitability for such a purpose.
WARNING!
1. Never lift persons or lift a load over persons. Use the winch only horizontally
and not as a lift.
2. Do not exceed the winch’s rated capacity.
3. Do not use the winch for heavy loads over long periods of time. It is intended
solely for intermittent use and must not be in constant operation. If the motor
gets very hot, stop the winch and allow it to cool for several minutes. Never
use the winch for more than one minute at
a time under maximum or near the maximum
rated capacity.
4. Make sure that there are always at least 5
turns of wire rope on the drum.
5. Avoid extreme angles since that can cause
the wire rope to wind on only one side of
the drum, causing the rope to tangle, with
damage to it or the winch as a consequence.

6. Make sure the voltage is 12 V to get maximum pull. When you use the winch
maximum pull is obtained when the wire rope is wound just a few turns on the
drum. The more turns of wire rope on the drum, the less the pulling force.
7. Never fasten the wire directly around the object you want to winch, since this
can damage the winch.
8. Do not use straps of any kind.
9. Mount the winch properly on a vehicle or another xed object before using.
10. In starting, unwind the wire rope slowly at rst until the wire is taut. Then stop
to check all connections, Make sure the hook is rmly in place. It may be useful
to law a heavy felt blanket or jacket over the wire near the hook when you are
winching a heavy load. The material has a damping effect on the wire rope and
prevents it from aying about in the air.
11. Do not move the vehicle the winch is mounted on to assist pulling. Doing this
can overload both wire rope and winch.
12. Never work on or near the winch drum when the winch is loaded. Keep a safe
distance of at least 1.6 m.
13. Never step over or crawl under the wire rope when the winch is in operation.
14. When you use the winch to move an object the vehicle’s gear box should be
in neutral, the parking brake should be on, and the wheels should be blocked
with stops. The motor should be running when the winch is in operation. If you
use the winch much for a long time with the motor off the battery will lose its
charge so it will be difcult to start later.
15. Never put the winch in neutral position when it is loaded.
16. Uncouple the load once you have nished using the winch. Do not leave the
wire under tension.
17. Always keep a safe distance to the wire rope, hook, and winch.
18. Inspect the wire rope and the rest of the equipment regularly. Worn and frayed
ropes should be replaced immediately. Use only approve spare parts. Use
sturdy leather gloves when you handle the wire rope. Do not let the wire rope
run through your hands.
19. Do not touch the winch, the taut wire rope or the hook when the winch is in
use. Never hold the hook with your nger. You can lose your nger if it gets
caught in the hook. Always used the safety catch to straighten the wire rope
when you are spooling in or out.
20. When you have nished using the winch keep the cable taut while you spool it
up again onto the drum.
21. Do not use the winch if you are under the inuence of drugs, alcohol, or
medicine. Always stay alert when using the winch.
22. Wear eye and ear protection. Always us protective glasses. Use total face
protection if what you are doing produces metal lings or wood shavings.
Always use respiratory protection when working near metal, wood, chemical
dust, or chemical dust or vapors.
23. Do not make any modications to the winch or weld anything to it.
24. Give the winch regular maintenance.



1) Select a rm place and secure the winch with the enclosed M8 nuts and bolts.
ATTENTION! The winch should be mounted so that the wire rope spools from
the bottom.
2) Connect the one pair of cables to the battery. Attach the red cable to the
battery’s plus pole and the black cable to the battery’s minus pole.
3) Connect the other cable pair to the winch motor. Then check the polarity by
rst disconnecting the winch to unwind a bit of the wire rope and then press
the winch button. If the wire now spools the connection is correct. Connect the
other cable pair and switch on the connection to the motor.
Mounting
If the winch is to be used properly it is extremely important that it is correctly
mounted.

ATTENTION!
- Avoid injury – use gloves when you handle the wire rope.
- Make sure that there are always at least 5 turns of wire rope still on the drum.
1) Uncouple the winch drum by pull-
ing out and turning the clutch turn
switch ¼ turn so the turn switch
stays in a pulled out position. Now
pull the wire rope out by hand.
Always spool out as much wire
rope as possible before you attach
the rope to the object you wish to
pull since that gives the winch the
best pull. Always hold the safety catch as you pull out the wire rope.
2) Attach the rope to the object and then engage the winch drum by turning the
clutch turn switch a ¼ turn so that the turn switch retracts and engages the drum.
ATTENTION! Never attach the wire rope directly around the object; instead
wrap some kind of strap around it.
4) Turn the clutch turn switch ¼ turn
so the turn switch retracts and
engages the winch drum BEFORE
you begin operating the winch. Do
NOT perform this operation when
the winch is in movement. The
clutch turn switch is kept in place
with a factory-supplied thread lock.
Make no modications to the turn
switch.
5) Press the winch button to start
spooling the wire in.
6) Press the spool-out button to change direction.
7) Detach the wire rope.
ATTENTION! Never detach the wire rope when it is taut or under load.
8) Spool the wire rope back when you are nished. Make sure the wire winds
evenly on the drum.
Tips for use
Attaching with double wire rope and a block cuts the load on the winch by half.

Care and maintenance
- Check that the assembly bolts are properly tightened.
- Do not dismantle the gear box. Repairs must only be done by a trained spe-
cialist.
- The gear box is permanently lubricated at the factory. No further internal lubri-
cation is needed inside the gear box.
- Check battery cables regularly. The cables should be clean and t he connec-
tions tight.
- Inspect wire before and after each use of winch. Replace it if it is damaged.
Replacing the wire
a. Wind out the old rope and un-
screw it.
b. Insert the new rope in the hole.
Make sure it is placed in the right
direction by picturing how it re-
winds.
c. Tighten the screws rmly.
d. Respool the wire on to the drum.

Beskrivning
Lämplig för montering på 4-hjuliga terrängmotorcyklar eller universell användning.
Inbyggt överbelastningsskydd. Koppling ger möjlighet att frikoppla och dra ut wiren
för hand.
Säkerhet
Generellt: Vinschen är utrustad med en permanentmagnetmotor och är
konstruerad för intermittent bruk och ska ej användas med ständig belastning.
Vinschen är inte konstruerad för att användas i industrin och tillverkaren
garanterar ej heller att den passar för det ändamålet.
VARNING!
1. Lyft aldrig människor eller lyft last över människor. Använd vinschen endast
horisontellt och ej som lyft.
2. Överskrid inte vinschens märkbelastning.
3. Hårdbelasta inte vinschen under längre perioder. Den är ämnad endast för
intermittent bruk och får inte vara under konstant belastning. Om motorn
blir mycket varm ska du stanna vinschen och låta den svalna i era minuter.
Vinscha aldrig i mer än 1 minut åt gången vid
maximal eller nära maximal märkbelastning.
4. Se till att det alltid nns minst 5 varv wire
kvar på trumman.
5. Undvik att vinscha i extrema vinklar
eftersom det kan resultera i att wiren
spolas upp endast på ena sidan av
trumman. Detta kan göra att wiren trasslar
sig med skada på wire eller vinsch som
följd.

6. Se till att spänningen är 12 V för att få ut maximal dragkraft. När du använder
vinschen erhålls maximal dragkraft när wiren är ett fåtal varv upplindad på
trumman. Ju er varv wire som är upplindad på trumman, desto mindre
dragkraft erhålles.
7. Fäst aldrig wiren direkt runt det du vill vinscha, eftersom wiren då kan skadas.
Använd någon typ av stropp.
8. Montera vinschen ordentligt på ett fordon eller på annat fast föremål före
användning.
9. Vid start, vinscha först långsamt tills wiren är i spänn. Stoppa då för att
kontrollera alla anslutningar. Se till att kroken sitter ordentligt.
10. Det kan vara lämpligt att lägga en tung lt eller jacka över wiren nära kroken
när du vinschar med hård belastning. Tyget har en dämpande effekt på wiren
och hindrar den från att piska i luften.
11. Flytta inte fordonet som vinschen är monterad på för att hjälpa till att dra.
Denna metod kan överbelasta wiren och vinschen.
12. Arbeta aldrig på eller nära vinschtrumman när vinschen är under belastning.
Håll ett säkerhetsavstånd på minst 1,5 m.
13. Gå aldrig över eller kryp under wiren när vinschen är under belastning.
14. När du använder vinschen för att ytta föremål ska fordonets växellåda vara
i friläge, parkeringsbromsen vara i, och hjulen ska blockeras med klossar.
Motorn bör vara igång när vinschen är under drift. Om du vinschar mycket
under lång tid med motorn av kan batteriet laddas ur så att det blir svårt att
starta den sedan.
15. Sätt aldrig vinschen i friläge när den är under belastning.
16. När du har vinschat, koppla loss lasten. Låt ej wiren vara i spänn.
17. Håll alltid ett säkerhetsavstånd till wiren, kroken och vinschen.
18. Inspektera wiren och resten av utrustningen regelbundet. En nött och fransig
wire med trasiga trådar ska omedelbart bytas. Använd endast godkända
reservdelar. Använd kraftiga läderhandskar när du hanterar wiren. Låt inte
wiren glida genom händerna.
19. Rör inte vinschen, den spända wiren eller kroken när vinschen är i drift. Håll
aldrig i kroken med ngret. Fingret kan gå av om det fastnar i kroken. Använd
alltid säkerhetshaken för att leda wiren rätt när du vinschar in eller ut.
20. När du har använt vinschen, håll kabeln i spänn när du spolar upp den igen på
trumman.
21. Använd inte vinschen om du är påverkad av droger, alkohol eller medicin.
Var alltid alert vid användning av vinschen.
22. Bär ögon- och öronskydd. Använd alltid skyddsglasögon. Använd
fullt ansiktsskydd om du producerar metallspån eller träisor. Använd
andningsskydd när du arbetar i närheten av metall, trä, kemiskt damm eller
kemiska ångor.
23. Modiera eller svetsa inte på vinschen.
24. Underhåll vinschen regelbundet.

1) Välj ett kraftigt ställe och fäst vinschen med de medföljande M8-bultarna och
muttrarna. OBS! Vinschen ska monteras så att wiren viras upp underifrån.
2) Det ena kabelparet på reglaget ansluts till batteriet. Anslut den röda kabeln till
batteriets pluspol och den svarta kabeln till batteriets minuspol.
3) Det andra kabelparet ansluts till vinschens motor. Kontrollera därefter
polariteten genom att först frikoppla vinschen så att du kan dra ut lite wire,
koppla sedan in vinschen igen och tryck på vinschningsknappen. Om wiren då
vinschas in är anslutningen korrekt. Om inte, kasta om anslutningen till motorn.
Montering
För att vinschen ska kunna användas på ett riktigt sätt är det av yttersta vikt att
den monteras ordentligt.
