取扱説明書
Ｈ-６００ のキャップを外し、ネジ５本を
外します。
※ Ｎｏ.１とＮｏ.２ ドライバーをご用意
ください。マグネットつきをおすすめ
します。

ハンドル部の片側
（注意ラベルのあ
る面）を外して、ホ
ルダー（青色）と
ビットを前方に軽く
引き抜きます。
２ ホルダー ビット
ヒーター
８ ハンドルの片側を合わせ、ネジ５本を
締め込みます。
３ ヒーターを電源コードと一緒にハンドル内から取り出します。
５ ヒーターのリード線（赤・黄-マイクロスイッチ側）とリード線
（白-電源コード側）の計３カ所のハンダ付けを外します。
※ リード線（白）にかぶせてあるガラスチューブ
は捨てないでください。
６ 新しいヒーターを用意し、リード線（白）にガラ
スチューブをかぶせます。元のようにハンダ
付けしてください。

４ ヒーターのリード線（白）にかぶせてある
ガラスチューブをヒーター側へ移動させ、
ハンダ付け部分を露出させます。
ヒーターの交換方法
H-601/H-601-230 ヒーター
７ ヒーターをビットの後方から挿入し、ビット尾部の穴が
ネジの頭にはまるようにセットします。

交換の際は必ず電源プラグをコンセントから抜き、室温まで冷ましたのちに作業を行ってく
ださい。感電ややけどの恐れがあります。
本品はセラミックヒーターです。強い衝撃を与えないでください。破損、断線の恐れがあります。
指定の電源電圧で使用してください。破損や事故の原因となります。

INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Remove the cap from the H-600. Un-
screw the five screws.
＊Use Phillips screwdrivers no. 1 and
no. 2. We recommend using
magneti ed screwdrivers.
１ Unscrew with Phillips no. 1
Unscrew with Phillips no. 2
Remove one side
of the handle, then
draw the tip holder
(blue) and the tip
out gently.

Heater
８ Replace the removed side of the handle.
Then, screw the five screws as before.
７ Insert the heater into the tip. Then, place the
tip holder engaging the round hole on the
rear end of the tip with the head of the screw
as shown in the illustration.

Before replacing the heater or tip, disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet and
allow the soldering iron to cool to room temperature. Otherwise, this could cause a
shock or a burn.
This heater is made of ceramic. Avoid a strong impact. This could damage the heater.
Use with the specified voltage. Otherwise, this could cause a fire.
 Caution
３ Draw out the existing heater with the line cords from the handle.

５ Desolder the three soldered heater leads, red and
yellow—micro switch side, and white—line cord side.
＊ Do not discard the glass tube on the heater lead
(white).
６ Re-solder the new heater as before. Move
the glass tube to cover the solder joint of
the heater lead (white).

４ Move the glass tube covering the heater lead
(white) toward the heater side to reveal the
solder joint.
