ヒーター
HS-555
このたびはホーザン ＨＳ-５５５ ヒーターをお買い上げいただき、まことにありが
とうございます。この取扱説明書をよくお読みになり、正しくお使いください。また、
お読みになったあとも大切に保管してください。
ハンダ付けを外す

ブロアハンドルの前部を外します。
反時計方向にまわすと外れます。
ハンダ付けした電源コードの先端をハ
ンダゴテで取り外して、ヒーターを引き
抜きます。
新しいヒーターを差し込み、電源コード
先端をハンダ付けします。
ハンドル前部を時計方向にまわして
セットします。

ご使用上の注意
ご使用方法
ヒーターを交換したときは必ずトリマー調整を行ってください（旧ＨＳ-５５７を除
く）。トリマー調整は、風量調節ツマミＭＩＮのときの最高温度を５３０～５５０℃
（５０/６０Ｈｚ）に設定するために行います。
交換の際は必ず電源プラグをコンセントから抜き、室温まで冷ましたのちに作業
を行ってください。感電ややけどの恐れがあります。
本品はセラミックヒーターです。強い衝撃を与えないでください。破損、断線の恐
れがあります。
指定の電源電圧で使用してください。破損や事故の原因となります。

ヒーターにはそれぞれ固有の抵抗値があり、その抵抗値のばらつきは２７Ω
±１０％（２３℃時）の範囲内です。抵抗値の違いで発熱温度も異なりま
す。この発熱温度の誤差を一定の範囲内に納めて、温度制御の精度を高
めるために、トリマー調整が必要となります。
トリマー調整にはφ０.１Ｋ（ＣＡ)のセンサ（当社ＤＴ-５１０Ｅなど）を接続した
Ｋ（ＣＡ)用温度計（当社ＤＴ-５１０など）と軸径３mm以下のマイナスドライ
バーが必要です。あらかじめご用意ください。

本機をエアコンなどの風の影響を受けにくい場所に設置します。

ノズル ＨＳ‐５５１をブロアに装着し、下向きに
固定します。

温度調節ツマミをＭＡＸ、風量調節ツマミを
ＭＩＮに設定します。

電源スイッチをＯＮにして現在の設定条件での温度を測定します。
緑色、赤色のモニタランプが点灯していることを確認してください。

ステーション左面のネジ（右図
参照）４本と右面のネジ４本を
外してステーションカバーを取
り外します。天面のネジはゆる
めないでください。

時計方向にまわすと低温に、反時計方向にまわすと高温になります。
指示値を見ながらドライバーをゆっくりまわし
て、５３０～５５０℃（５０/６０Ｈｚ）になるように 調整します。
トリマー調整の高温側では、指定の最高温度を超えないようにしてください。
本機の機構部品の寿命を著しく低下させる恐れがあります。
注意
トリマーはステーションカバーを取り外した基
板上、右図の場所にあります。

Thank you for purchasing the HOZAN HS-555 HEATER. With proper
care and handling this fine instrument will provide years of trouble-free
operation. Please read this entire instruction manual carefully before
attempting to place this instrument in service. Please keep this instruc-
tion manual available for reference.

Before replacing the heater, disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet
and allow the blower to cool to room temperature. Otherwise, this could
cause a shock or a burn.
This heater is made of ceramic. Avoid a strong impact. This could damage
the heater.
Use with the specified voltage. Otherwise, this could cause a fire.

Operation
Always be sure to adjust the trimmer after replacing the heater ex-
cept the past HS-557.
The trimmer adjustment is a fine adjustment to obtain the rated maxi-
mum temperature of 530 to 550℃ (for 50/60Hz) when the air control
knob is set at MIN.
While watching the reading of thermometer, gently turn the screw-
driver to meet the reading to 530℃ to 550℃ (for 50/60 Hz).
The temperature gets high when turn clockwise and low when turn
counterclockwise.

Operation

Every heater unit has an individual resistance with the range of 27
Ω±10% (at 23℃).
As the resistance varies, the generation of heat also differs. Trim-
mer adjustment is required to keep constant generation of heat and
meet the accuracy in uniformity of heat control within standard.
A thermometer with an applicable sensor based upon JIS K (CA),
such as the HOZAN DT-510 DIGITAL THERMOMETER with DT-
510E THERMOCOUPLE (φ0.1 mm), and a slotted screwdriver 3
mm or less are necessary for trimmer adjustment. Prepare beforehand.

Attach the nozzle HS-551 to the blower and
secure it to point downward.

Secure the sensor 1 to 1.5 mm right below the nozzle.

Set the HS-559 in a place where it will not be
affected by the airconditioning.
Set the temperature control knob at MAX and
the air control knob at MIN.
Turn on the power switch and start to measure the temperature.
Check that the green and red monitor lamps illuminate.
Do not exceed to set the maximum temperature when adjusting the trimmer,
otherwise the operating life of the structural parts could be severely shortened.
