The warranty details Compaq’s commitment to repair or replace

The Easy Access design of your Internet PC allows you to
access internal components, in most cases without using any
tools.

describes procedures for upgrading and replacing computer
components. If you are unable to resolve a problem after
referring to this guide and the My Presario—Getting Started
guide, call Compaq Technical Support. If a replacement part is
needed, the technician will send the replacement part along with
