BIOS History
For the latest BIOS, the flasher utility program, and the BIOS history refer to the
information that is provided on the HP Electronic Services.
Video Memory Upgrade Installation
The PC is supplied with 2 MB of video memory. A 2 MB video memory upgrade
module can be orderd from HP (D3557B), or a 6 MB module can be ordered
from Matrox (MGA-MIL/MOD6).
1. The 150 MHz processor is not supplied in any model of the HP Vectra XA 5/xxx PC at the
time of printing. This information is provided for completeness only.

Ethernet 10/100 BaseT Network Connections
The Ethernet 10/100 BaseT network board is installed underneath the internal,
hard disk drive, rear-shelf. It is plugged into the PCI accessory slot that is
situated on the right-hand side of the double-sided backplane board.
The board has two RJ-45 UTP network connectors. One supports 10 Mbit/s
operation over a 10 BaseT network, and supports Remote Power-On (RPO). The
other supports 100 Mbit/s operation over a 100 BaseT network. The 100 BaseT
connector is not supported for use on a 10 BaseT network.
