1. Weight will vary by configuration.
2. Battery life will vary depending on the product model, configuration, loaded applications, features, use, wireless functionality and
power management settings. The maximum capacity of the battery will naturally decrease with time and usage. See MobileMark07
battery benchmark www.bapco.com/products/mobilemark2007 for additional details.
3. HD content required to view HD images.
4. AMD’s numbering is not a measurement of clock speed.
5. This system requires a 64-bit operating system and 64-bit software products to take advantage of the 64-bit processing capabilities
of AMD technology. Dual-core processing with AMD technology is designed to improve performance of this system. Given the wide
range of software applications available, performance will vary.
6. AMD Radeon™ Dual Graphics requires an AMD “A” series APU plus an AMD Radeon™ discrete graphics configuration and is
available on Windows®7 Professional, Home Premium, and/or Home Basic OS. With AMD Radeon™ Dual Graphics, full
enablement of all discrete graphics video and display features may not be supported on all systems (e.g. AMD Eyefinity technology
is not supported and OpenGL applications will run on the APU).
7. Internet access required.
8. The Computrace Agent is shipped turned off and must be activated by customers when they purchase a subscription. Subscriptions
can be purchased for terms ranging from one to five years. Service is limited, check with Absolute Software for service availability
outside of North America. The Absolute Recovery Guarantee is a limited warranty. Certain conditions apply. Data Delete is an
optional service provided by Absolute Software. If utilized, the Recovery Guarantee is null and void. In order to use the Data Delete
service, customers must first sign a Pre-Authorization agreement and then purchase one or more RSA SecurID tokens from Absolute
Software. For more information, visit www.absolute.com.
9. Wireless use requires separately purchased service contract. Check with your local vendor for coverage area and availability in
your area. Connection and speeds will vary due to location, environment, network conditions, and other factors.
10. Wireless access point and Internet service required and sold separately. Availability of public wireless access points limited.
11. Optional; sold separately.
12. Not all features are in all editions of Windows 7. Systems may require upgraded and/or separately purchased hardware to take
advantage of Windows 7 functionality. See http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/ for details.
13. Dual Channel is only supported when the system is configured with DDR2 symmetric memory (i.e. 2x256).
14. Maximum memory capacities require Windows 64-bit operating systems or Linux. With Windows 32-bit operating systems, memory
above 3 GB may not all be available due to system resource requirements.
15. For hard drives, GB = 1 billion bytes. Actual formatted capacity is less. Up to 15 GB (for Windows 7) of system disk is reserved for the
system recovery software.
16. Don't copy copyright-protected materials.
17. GPS access requires an unobstructed path to multiple satellites. Performance may be affected if/when used inside of buildings, bridges
or heavily congested metropolitan areas. Requires separately purchased GPS navigation software available from multiple GPS
applications.
18. HP QuickWeb is accessible when the notebook is off in Windows based systems. Internet access is required. Timing may vary
depending on the system configuration. To enable the feature following the removal of the battery, reboot the notebook prior to
subsequent use.
19. PDF Complete Special Edition includes 50 PDF creations or six months, whichever comes first. Purchase license afterwards for full
functionality.
