HP has a comprehensive suite of management solutions to fit your needs. This allows you
to choose solutions that will work best in your environment.
HP ThinState Capture allows you to clone and deploy a software image from one thin
client to another thin client of the same model, using a USB drive key.
HP Device Manager is an enterprise-class thin client management software application
that allows customers to view their thin client assets remotely and to manipulate those thin
clients to meet the required business need. It is robust, yet easy to install and use. HP
Device Manager lets you track, configure, upgrade, clone, and manage thousands of
individual devices from a centralized location. HP Device Manager agents are included in
most HP thin clients.
HP Client Automation is an industry-leading device management product, which is part of
a bigger Business Service Automation environment management solution. With HP Client
Automation, you can manage simple thin client deployments or highly complex IT
environments that contain a combination of thin clients, PCs, blades, servers and other
common computer-based resources. HP Client Automation agents work with all HP thin

HP continues to partner with Altiris to manage HP thin clients. Altiris Deployment
Solution is a leading tool for quick deployment and ongoing management of thin clients in
your organization.

describes proper workstation setup, posture, and health and work habits for
computer users, and provides important electrical and mechanical safety

To reduce the risk of electric shock or damage to your equipment:
■Do not disable the power cord grounding plug. The grounding
plug is an important safety feature.
■Plug the power cord in a grounded (earthed) outlet that is easily
accessible at all times.
■Disconnect power from the thin client by unplugging the power
cord from the electrical outlet.

U kiest de oplossingen die het best in uw omgeving passen.
Met de HP ThinState Capture kunt u een software-installatiekopie van de ene thin client
naar de andere thin client van hetzelfde model klonen en toepassen met behulp van een
USB-stationsleutel.
HP Device Manager is een thin client-managementsoftware voor ondernemingen waarmee
klanten hun thin client-producten vanaf een afstand kunnen bekijken en deze thin clients
aanpassen aan de behoeften van hun onderneming. Deze software is robuust en tegelijk
gemakkelijk te installeren en te gebruiken. Met HP Device Manager kunt u duizenden
afzonderlijke apparaten vanaf een centrale locatie opvolgen, configureren, upgraden, klonen
en beheren. HP Device Manager-agents zijn inbegrepen in de meeste HP thin clients.
HP Client Automation is een toonaangevend product voor apparaatbeheer en maakt deel
uit van een grotere Business Service Automation-omgevingsmanagementoplossing. Met
HP Client Automation kunt u thin client-toepassingen of bijzonder complexe
IT-omgevingen die bestaan uit een combinatie van thin clients, pc’s, blades, servers en
andere computerresources. HP Client Automation-agents zijn compatibel met alle HP thin

HP zet haar samenwerking met Altiris verder voor het beheer van HP thin clients. Altiris
Deployment Solution is een leidinggevende tool voor de snelle toepassing en het continue
beheer van thin clients in uw onderneming.
ÅBeperk het risico van ernstig lichamelijk letsel en lees de handleiding Een
veilige en comfortabele werkomgeving. Hierin wordt beschreven hoe
computergebruikers hun werkstation moeten instellen, welke houding zij
moeten aannemen en hoe zij gezond kunnen werken. Daarnaast vindt u er
belangrijke informatie over elektrische en mechanische veiligheid. U vindt de

voor thin clients die met het product wordt meegeleverd.
U beperkt het risico op elektrische schokken of schade aan de apparatuur
als volgt:
■Gebruik de geaarde stekker van het netsnoer. De geaarde stekker
is een belangrijke veiligheidsvoorziening.
■Steek het netsnoer in een (geaard) stopcontact dat altijd makkelijk
