PL: Napędy elektryczne A010 przeznaczone są do sterowania obrotowymi
zaworami mieszającymi 3 lub 4-ro drogowymi. Stosuje się je do sterowania
proporcjonalnego zaworami o kącie obrotu do 90 stopni za pośrednictwem sygnału
napięciogo 0-10V lub 2-10V. Siłowniki elektryczne A010 wykorzystywane sa
głównie do kontroli przepływu czynnika w zaworze mieszającym, w celu osiągnięcia
zadanej temperatury na wyjściu z zaworu.
Napędy elektryczne A010 do zaworów mieszających charakteryzuje kompaktowy
rozmiar jak równiez łatwość w obsłudze oraz montażu. Dodatkowo napęd
wyposażony jest w dźwignię ręczną, która w awaryjnych przypadkach pozwala na
ręczne otwarcie i zamknięcie zaworu.
EN: A010 electric actuators are designed to control rotary 3 or 4-way mixing valves.
They are used to proportional control of valves with a rotation angle of up to 90
degrees via a 0-10V or 2-10V voltage signal. The A010 electric actuators are mainly
used to control the flow of the medium in the mixing valve in order to achieve the set
temperature at the outlet of the valve.
A010 electric actuators for mixing valves are characterized by their compact size as
well as their ease of use and installation. In addition, the actuator is equipped with a
manual lever, which in emergency cases allows you to manually open and close the
valve.

Schemat podłączenia / Connection diagram
PL: Podłącz napięcie zasilające 24V AC/DC do przewodów zgodnie ze schematem. W przypadku prądu stałego DC,
„+” podłącz do przewodu brązowego natomiast „-” do przewodu czarnego. Napięcie zasilające 24V AC nie ma
polaryzacji, dlatego nie ma znaczenia jak podłączymy napięcie do przewodu brązowego i czarnego. Podłącz „+”
napięcia sterującego 0-10V lub 2-10V (w zależności od wybranej nastawy) do przewodu niebieskiego. Informacja
zwrotna o położeniu zaworu w formie napięcia 0-10V lub 2-10V przesyłana jest za pośrednictwem przewodu koloru
białego.
EN: Connect the 24V AC / DC supply voltage to the wires according to the diagram. For DC, connect "+" to the
brown wire and "-" to the black wire. The 24V AC supply voltage has no polarity, so it does not matter how we
connect the voltage to the brown and black wire. Connect "+" of the 0-10V or 2-10V control voltage (depending on
the selected setting) to the blue wire.. Feedback about the valve position in the form of 0-10V or 2-10V voltage is sent
through the white wire.

PL: W celu montażu siłownika elektrycznego na zaworze zdemontuj z trzpienia zaworu dźwignie ręczną. Zamontuj
adapter trzpienia który znajduje się w zestawie z siłownikiem. Adapter jest dwustronny. Strona A dedykowana jest do
najpopularnieszego standardu zaworów tzw. Euromix (ARV Afriso, ESBE (typ MG,G,F), Barberi, Womix, IVAR, LK,
Danfoss, Paw, Meibes, Seltron, Hora, BRV, WIP, Hoval, Olymp). Strona B adaptera dedykowana jest do zaworów ESBE
VRG. Następnie w przypadku zaworów typu Euromix w jeden z otworów w korpusie wkręć mosiężną śrubę
zabezpieczającą siłownik przed obracaniem. Śruba dostępna jest w zestawie z siłownikiem. Ustaw pozycję otwartą na
zaworze i siłowniku. Zamontuj siłownik na zaworze i przykręć go z momentem obrotowym 1-2 Nm do zaworu. Wykorzystaj
do tego śrubę M5 znajdującą się w zestawie.
EN: To mount the electric actuator on the valve, remove the hand levers from the valve stem. Install the stem adapter that is
supplied with the actuator. The adapter is double-sided. Side A is dedicated to the most popular standard of valves, the so-called
Euromix (ARV Afriso, ESBE (type MG, G, F), Barberi, Womix, IVAR, LK, Danfoss, Paw, Meibes, Seltron, Hora, BRV, WIP,
Hoval, Olymp). Side B of the adapter is dedicated to ESBE VRG valves. Then, in the case of Euromix valves, in one of the holes
in the body, insert a brass screw securing the actuator against turning. The screw is available with the actuator. Set the open
position on the valve and actuator. Mount the actuator on the valve and tighten it with a torque of 1-2 Nm to the valve. Use the
M5 screw included in the set for this.
Gwarancja / Warranty
Urządzenie objęte jest 24-ro miesięczną gwarancją producenta (gwarancja dla podmiotów nie będących
konsumentami wynosi 12 miesięcy). Reklamacja będzie rozpatrywana w ramach gwarancji po przedstawieniu przez
Klienta dowodu zakupu. Reklamacje z tytułu rękojmi lub gwarancji można złożyć w formie elektronicznej za pomocą email
[email protected] lub w formie pisemnej na adres SPRZEDAWCY. Koszty bezpośredniego dostarczenia towaru ponosi
KUPUJĄCY.
The device is covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty (the guarantee for non-consumer entities is 12 months).
Reclamation will be considered as a guarantee after the customer presents proof of purchase. Claims of warranty can be
submitted electronically by email at [email protected] or in writing to the SELLER adress. Direct delivery costs are
covered by the BUYER.
Ręczna zmiana pozycji zaworu mieszającego / Manual
change of mixing valve position
PL: Ręczna zmiana pozycji zaworu mieszającego możliwa jest po rozsprzęgleniu
przekładni siłownika. W tym celu należy nacisnąć przycisk zaznaczony strzałką na
rys. 5. W celu powrotu do sterowania elektrycznego należy ponownie nacisnąć
w/w przycisk w celu zasprzęglenia przekładni siłownika.
EN: Manual change of the mixing valve position is possible after disengaging the
actuator gear. To do this, press the button marked with an arrow in fig. 5. To return to
electric control, press the button again to engage the actuator gear.
