knowledge of the FusionCol8000-E.

1 Installation Precautions
Checking the Auxiliary Facilities
● The horizontal and height errors between concrete platforms must be less
than 5 mm.
● Concrete pads or passages with the bearing capacity meeting local civil work
standards can be built on the eld outside the concrete platforms for access
and maintenance.
Checking the Drainage Capacity
There should be drainage ditches with sucient drainage capacity.
NO TICE
The layout and installation of pipes should facilitate the maintenance of the unit.
Checking Electrical Access for Auxiliaries
Install the unit in strict accordance with the HVAC system construction regulations.
To ensure proper operation of the unit, protect it against dust, dirt, corrosive gas,
and high humidity.
Connection Engineering Precautions
● Air duct installation: It is recommended that exible connections be used
between the unit and air duct. Prepare air ducts based on site requirements.
● Pipe thermal insulation: Take thermal insulation measures for all inlet pipes
and drainpipes of the unit. Reserve sucient space for maintenance and
operations when installing thermal insulation foam for valves and connectors.
At low temperatures, take thermal insulation measures to prevent water pipes
from freezing.

2.2 Cables
NO TICE
● The cable diameter must comply with local cable standards. The factors that
aect cable selection include the rated current, cable type, routing mode,
ambient temperature, and maximum expected line loss.
● Waterproof connectors for cables should be designed according to the
recommended cable specications in the following table. If a cable used onsite
does not meet the recommended specications, the cable may fail to be routed
through the waterproof connector or the waterproof connector may fail to be
secured.
● The onsite grounding resistance must comply with related standards.
