Intelligent Service Module:
LS8M1VSNP: Versatile Network Processing Service Module
3LS8M1GP8UB and LS8M1GT8UE only work with Salience™ III and Salience™ Edge and cannot be
configured in the last slot of S6506 and S6506R..
4The interface modules with XGBUS uplink only work with Salience™ III and Salience™ III Plus, they
can only be configured in the last two slot of S6503, S6506, and S6506R when the SRPU is Salience™
III.
5The Versatile Network Processing (VSNP) Service Interface Module only cooperate with Salience™ III
and Salience™ III Plus engine. But when S6502 Main Control Unit is XGBUS uplink, it can support VSNP
Service Interface Module also.
6At present, EPON OLT modules only support GEBUS uplink, so they can compliant with LS8M1P12TE
or LS8M1T12PE on S6502. For S6503, S6506, S6506R, LS8M1PT8GA is only compliant with Salience
III or Salience III Edge and should not be installed in the last slot of S6506, S6506R.
