jointcompound(byothers)forallwireentriesandpluggedentries.Allowa
minimumof6(152mm)ofsupplywiretoextendoutsideofJbox.
2.Knucklethreadsare½1/4NPS.
3.HIDlampsnormallytake2to5minutestoreachfullbrightness.ForMetal
Halideunits,a+/5%linevoltagevariationisneededtominimizelamp
colourshift.
4.Ifyouorderedaccessories,reviewfieldinstalledaccessoriesnow.
Installation:
TurnpowerOFF.
1.Depressdoorlatches(A)andopendoor.
2.Unpackagelampandscrewlamptightlyintosocket
3.ClosedoorandpushDoorLatchesintolockedposition.
4.InsertfixturewiresthroughJboxcoverandthreadcoverontoKnuckle(B).
5.Makewireconnections:NeutraltoWhite;HottoBlack;GroundtoGreenand
securecoverfixtureassemblytoJBox(C).
6.Aiming:RotatethefixturetodesireddirectionandtightentheLocknut(D)
againsttheJboxcover.LoosentheAdjustmentBolt(E)ontheknuckle,pivot
thefixturetothedesiredangleandretightentheadjustmentbolt.
7.Ifyouaimthefixtureup,removethestainlesssteelDrainHoleScrew(F)
locatedabovetheknuckleontheback.

UsetheenclosedTX2Otorxdriverbitandinstallthe
selftappingscrews.
ButtonPhotocontrol(PBTI):11/16;drillbitrequired.
DepressDoorLatches(A),opendoorandremovethetwo
reflectorscrewsandreflector.Drillan11/16inchholein
thetopofthehousingatthePCDrillSpot(H)located
onthetopoutsidesurface,deburrandremovealldrillshavings
fromthehousing.Wirephotocontrolperdiagram,remove
Locknut(I)andinsertcontrolthroughholeandsecurewith
locknut.ReassemblereflectorandfollowInstallationsteps
2through7.
Miscellaneous:F1OOH1hasadualtapballastwiredfor120V.
For277V,removethetworeflectorscrewsandreflectorand
replacethe120Vballastleadwiththe277Vlead.
MAINTENANCE
CleanandserviceonlyifthepowerisOFFandthefixtureiscool.Reflector
andlensshouldbecleanedonschedulebasedonlocalconditions.Luminaire
efficiencywillberetainedonlyifproperlymaintained.Cleanwithamild
solutionofsoapordetergent.
