Sommige onderdelen van het product kunnen opnieuw gebruikt worden als u ze bij
een inzamelpunt inlevert. Door sommige onderdelen of grondstoffen van gebruikte producten te

INCAPACIDAD DE UTILIZAR LOS PRODUCTOS O ACCESORIOS. TODAS LAS EXENCIONES DE
RESPONSABILIDAD, LAS LIMITACIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y LAS MODIFICACIONES DE LAS
GARANTÍAS AÚN SE APLICAN AUNQUE EL RECURSO LIMITADO DE REPARACIÓN Y REEMPLAZO
NO CUMPLA SU PROPÓSITO ESENCIAL.
Algunas jurisdicciones no permiten la limitación o exclusión de daños incidentales o consecuentes,

¿Qué hará BINATONE?
BINATONE o su distribuidor autorizado, a su entera discreción, reparará o reemplazará, sin cargo
alguno, los Productos o Accesorios que no se ajusten a esta Garantía. En el caso de que el reemplazo
sea necesario para remediar un defecto en el material o la mano de obra, BINATONE puede utilizar
productos, accesorios o piezas nuevos o remanufacturados de igual calidad que el Producto o
Accesorio original.

Recibirá instrucciones sobre cómo enviar los Productos o Accesorios a su cargo y riesgo, a un Centro
de reparación autorizado de BINATONE.
Debe incluir: (a) el Producto o Accesorio; (b) el comprobante de compra original (recibo) que incluye
la fecha, el lugar y el vendedor del Producto; (c) si se incluyó una tarjeta de garantía en su caja, una
tarjeta de garantía completa que muestre el número de serie del Producto; (d) una descripción escrita
del problema; y (e) su nombre, dirección, dirección de correo electrónico y número de teléfono.
Estos términos y condiciones constituyen el acuerdo de garantía completo entre usted y BINATONE
con respecto a los Productos o Accesorios comprados por usted, y reemplazan cualquier acuerdo

AAl fi nal del ciclo de vida del producto, no deberá eliminar este producto junto con los

producto, en el manual de usuario y/o en la caja así lo indica.
Parte de los materiales del producto podrán reutilizarse si lleva la unidad a un punto de
