Piezoschalter / piezo switch / interrupteur piézoélectrique / Interruptor piezo
• Zeitbetrieb ist immer gleichzeitig Tasterbetrieb, d. h. „DIP2 ein“ hat Vorrang; die Zeitfunktion schaltet nach Ablauf der
eingestellten Zeit das Relais ab. Solange das Zeitglied noch läuft, kann nach einer Zeit von 15 Sekunden nach dem Ein-
schalten, per Tastendruck vorzeitig abgeschaltet werden und das Zeitglied wird gleichzeitig mit zurückgesetzt.
Timer mode is always pushbutton mode, i. e. „Dip2 on“ has priority; the timer function switches off the relay after the set
time. As long as the timing element still runs it can be switched off after a period of 15 seconds after switching on, by
keystroke. The timing element will be reset simultaneously.
Le mode minuterie est toujours le mode bouton-poussoir, c'est à dire „DIP2 en marche“ est prioritaire; la minuterie arrête
le relais après le temps ajusté. Tant que le temporisateur est en marche il peut être mis en arrêt par l’actionnement d’une
touche (au bout de quinze secondes après l’enclenchement) et le temposirateur est réinitialisé en même temps.
El modo de temporizador es siempre funcionamiento por pulsador, es decir «DIP2 ON» tiene prioridad; la función de
temporización apaga el relé una vez transcurrido el tiempo determinado. Mientras el elemento de temporización esté en
funcionamiento, puede apagarse transcurrido un período de 15 segundos desde el encendido, pulsando el botón.

D er Tasterbetrieb mit Zeitfunktion und der Schalterbetrieb dürfen bei Ansteuerung eines zusätzlichen Schaltrelais
(Stromstoßrelais) sowie bei 4-Takt.- und Besgo-Schaltungen von Hugo Lahme nicht aktiviert werden, da
nachgeschaltete Bauteile dadurch zerstört werden können. Beim Einsatz dieser Platine mit Komponenten anderer
Fabrikate erlischt die Gewährleistung.
The pushbutton mode with timer function and the switch mode may not be activated with 4-stroke and Besgo
controls by Hugo Lahme, because downstream components may be destroyed. When using this PCB with
components by other manufacturers all warranty will be void.
Le mode bouton-poussoir avec minuterie et le mode interrupteur ne doivent pas être activé avec des commandes
à 4 temps et Besgo de Hugo Lahme, parce que les éléments disposé en aval peuvent être détruits. Si vous utilisez
cette platine de commande avec des éléments des autres fabricants la garantie du fabricant Hugo Lahme sera
annulée.
E l funcionamiento por pulsador con función de temporización y el funcionamiento por interruptor no deben
activarse en caso de excitación de un relé de conmutación adicional (relé de enclavamiento) ni con controles
de 4 ciclos y Besgo de Hugo Lahme, ya que de lo contrario podrían destruirse los componentes conectados en
sentido descendente. En caso de utilizar esta placa de circuitos impresos con componentes de otros fabricantes,
se invalidará la garantía.

Mögliche Störungssuche
Anlage funktioniert nicht
• Sommer- Winterschalter:
Schalter steht auf Winterbetrieb
• Piezo oder Ansteuerplatine defekt:
Überprüfung Piezoschalter
Piezoschalter abklemmen. Klemme I und II kurz überbrücken (Taster).
Anlage läuft = Piezoschalter defekt, Kabelverbindungen überprüfen. Klemme I und II kurz überbrücken (Taster)
um Anlage wieder auszuschalten.
Anlage läuft nicht = Ansteuerplatine defekt.
• Motorschutzrelais schaltet ab:
Falsche Einstellung des Motorschutzrelais. Motornennstrom und örtliche Verhältnisse müssen mit der Einstellung des
Motorschutzrelais übereinstimmen.
Pumpe überhitzt - Motor abkühlen lassen.
Phase ausgefallen - Sicherung überprüfen, Motorschutzrelais reseten. (Nicht auf Auto Reset stellen!)
• Fehlerstromschutzschalter löst aus:
Anlage muss unbedingt von einer autorisierten Fachkraft überprüft werden.
• Neutralleiter nicht angeschlossen:
Anlage muss unbedingt von einer autorisierten Fachkraft überprüft werden.
• Netzspannung fehlt (Phasenausfall):
Anlage muss unbedingt von einer autorisierten Fachkraft überprüft werden.
Possible troubleshooting
System does not work
• Summer - winter switch:
Switch is set to winter operation
• Piezo switch or control PCB defect:
Inspection of Piezo switch
Disconnect piezo switch. Briefly bridge clamps I and II (switch)
System is running = piezo switch defect, check cable connections. Briefly bridge clamps I and II (switch) in order to
switch system off again
System is not running = control PCB defect.
• Motor protective relay switches off:
Incorrect setting of motor protective relay. Motor nominal current and local conditions have to correspond with the
setting of the motor protective relay.
Pump overheats - leave motor to cool
Phase failed - check fuse; reset motor protective relay. (Do not set car to reset!)
• Current-operated earth-leakage circuit breaker is triggered:
It is imperative that system is checked by an authorised expert.
• Neutral conductor not connected:
It is imperative that system is checked by an authorised expert.
• Line voltage is missing (phase failure):
It is imperative that system is checked by an authorised expert.

Recherche de défauts possibles
L’installation ne fonctionne pas
• Interrupteur été – hiver :
L’interrupteur est en position Hiver
• Platine piézo ou de commande défectueuse :
Contrôle de l’interrupteur piézo
Déconnecter l’interrupteur piézo. Ponter brièvement les bornes I et II (poussoir).
L’installation fonctionne = interrupteur piézo défectueux, contrôler les raccords de câble. Ponter brièvement les
bornes I et II (poussoir) pour couper à nouveau l’installation.
L’installation ne fonctionne pas = platine de commande défectueuse.
• Le relais de protection du moteur s’arrête :
Mauvais réglage du relais de protection du moteur. Le courant nominal du moteur et les conditions locales doivent
correspondre au réglage du relais de protection du moteur.
Pompe en surchauffe – laisser refroidir le moteur.
Phase retombée – contrôler le fusible, réinitialiser le relais de protection du moteur. (Ne pas mettre sur Réinitialisation auto !)
• Le disjoncteur de protection à courant de défaut se déclenche :
Faire contrôler l’installation par un spécialiste autorisé.
• Conducteur neutre non raccordé :
Faire impérativement contrôler l’installation par un spécialiste autorisé.
• Tension de réseau absente (défaut de phase) :
Faire impérativement contrôler l’installation par un spécialiste autorisé.

La instalación no funciona
• Interruptor verano / invierno:
El interruptor está en funcionamiento de invierno
• Fallo en piezo o PCI de control:
Inspección del interruptor piezo
Desconectar el interruptor piezo. Puentear brevemente las abrazaderas I y II (pulsador).
El sistema funciona = el interruptor piezo está defectuoso, comprobar las uniones cableadas. Puentear brevemente
las abrazaderas I y II (pulsador) para apagar la instalación de nuevo.
La instalación no funciona = fallo en la PCI de control.
• El relé de protección del motor se apaga:
Ajuste incorrecto del relé de protección del motor. La corriente nominal del motor y las condiciones locales tienen que
corresponderse con el ajuste del relé de protección del motor.
La bomba se sobrecalienta - dejar que el motor se enfríe.
Fallo de fase - comprobar el fusible, reiniciar el relé de protección del motor. (no reinicio auto)
• El interruptor de protección de corriente de fallo se dispara:
La instalación tiene que ser revisada obligatoriamente por un experto autorizado.
• El conductor neutro no está conectado:
La instalación tiene que ser revisada obligatoriamente por un experto autorizado.
• Falta la corriente de red (fallo de fase):
La instalación tiene que ser revisada obligatoriamente por un experto autorizado.
