2.0 Produktmerkmale
TOPEC von HÜNNEBECK ist ein Rahmenschalungs-
system zum wirtschaftlichen und sicheren Schalen von
Decken per Hand.
Es besteht aus nur 2 System-Basisteilen:
Tafel und Stütze.
Die Tafeln mit ihren Aluminium-Rahmen sind leicht und
handlich. Rundum pulverbeschichtet, ist die Betonhaftung
gering und das Reinigen einfach. Die hochwertige Schal-
haut ist rundum kantengeschützt und hält viele Schalein-
sätze.
Für das TOPEC System können die EUROPLUSnew
Stahlrohrstützen (aber auch frühere HÜNNEBECK-Stahl-
rohrstützen) oder auch die Aluminiumstütze Alu 500 DC
eingesetzt werden.
2.1 Allgemeines
In dieser Aufbau- und Verwendungsanleitung finden Sie
wichtige Informationen zum Aufbau und zur Verwendung
der TOPEC Deckenschalung von HÜNNEBECK sowie
über Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, die für einen sicheren Aufbau
und die sichere Verwendung nötig sind. Diese Anleitung
soll als Unterstützung zum effektiven Arbeiten mit der
TOPEC Deckenschalung dienen. Lesen Sie deshalb die
vorliegende Aufbau- und Verwendungsanleitung sorg-
fältig vor der der Arbeit mit der TOPEC Deckenschalung
und archivieren Sie diese als Nachschlagewerk.
HÜNNEBECK Produkte sind ausschließlich für die ge-
werbliche Nutzung durch fachlich geeignete Anwender
bestimmt.
2.0 Product features
The HÜNNEBECK TOPEC slab formwork is a panelized
system for the economical and safe shoring of slabs by
hand. It consists of only two basic components: panel
and prop.
The aluminium framed panel is light and handy.
The high-performance form sheet is protected by special
frame profiles at all edges and designed for a high
number of reuses and highest concrete face quality.
All EUROPLUSnew steel props (but also former
HÜNNEBECK steel props) as well as the prop Alu 500
DC can be used with the TOPEC formwork.
2.1 General information
These instructions for assembly and use contain
important information regarding the assembly and use of
the TOPEC formwork of HÜNNEBECK as well as safety
instructions that are important for a safe application on
site.
These instructions are created to support effective
working processes on site with the TOPEC formwork.
Therefore read these instructions for assembly and use
carefully before working with the TOPEC formwork, keep
it always at hand and archive it for reference.
HÜNNEBECK products are exclusively designed for
commercial use by technically suitable users.

2.2 Sicherheitshinweise
Hinweise zur bestimmungsgemäßen und sicheren Verwen-
dung von Schalungen und Traggerüsten.
Der Unternehmer hat eine Gefährdungsbeurteilung und eine
Montageanweisung aufzustellen.
Letztere ist in der Regel nicht mit einer Aufbau- und Verwen-
dungsanleitung (AuV) identisch.
• Gefährdungsbeurteilung
Der Unternehmer ist verantwortlich für das Aufstellen, die
Dokumentation, die Umsetzung und die Revision einer
Gefährdungsbeurteilung für jede Baustelle. Seine Mitarbei-
ter sind verpflichtet zur gesetzeskonformen Umsetzung der
daraus resultierenden Maßnahmen.
• Montageanweisung
Der Unternehmer ist für das Aufstellen einer schriftlichen
Montageanweisung verantwortlich. Die Aufbau- und Verwen-
dungsanleitung bildet eine der Grundlagen zur Aufstellung
einer Montageanweisung.
• Aufbau- und Verwendungsanleitung (AuV)
Schalungen sind technische Arbeitsmittel, die nur für eine
gewerbliche Nutzung bestimmt sind. Die bestimmungsge-
mäße Anwendung hat ausschließlich durch fachlich geeig-
netes Personal und entsprechend qualifiziertes Aufsichts-
personal zu erfolgen.
Die AuV ist integraler Bestandteil der Schalungskonstrukti-
on. Sie enthält mindestens Sicherheitshinweise, Angaben
zur Regelausführung und bestimmungsgemäßen Verwen-
dung sowie die Systembeschreibung.
Die funktionstechnischen Anweisungen (Regelausführung)
in der AuV sind genau zu befolgen. Erweiterungen, Abwei-
chungen oder Änderungen stellen ein potentielles Risiko dar
und bedürfen deshalb eines gesonderten Nachweises (mit
Hilfe einer Gefährdungsbeurteilung) respektive einer Mon-
tageanweisung unter Beachtung der relevanten Gesetze,
Normen und Sicherheitsvorschriften.
Entsprechendes gilt für den Fall bauseits gestellter Scha-
lungs-, und Traggerüst- und Zubehörteileteile.
• Verfügbarkeit der AuV
Der Unternehmer hat dafür zu sorgen, dass die vom Her-
steller oder Schalungslieferanten zur Verfügung gestellte
Aufbau- und Verwendungsanleitung am Einsatzort vorhan-
den, den Mitarbeitern vor Aufbau und Verwendung bekannt
und jederzeit zugänglich ist.
• Darstellungen
Die in der Aufbau- und Verwendungsanleitung gezeigten
Darstellungen sind zum Teil Montagezustände und sicher-
heitstechnisch nicht immer vollständig.
Eventuell in diesen Darstellungen nicht gezeigte Sicher-
heitseinrichtungen müssen trotzdem vorhanden sein.
• Lagerung und Transport
Die besonderen Anforderungen der jeweiligen Schalungs-
konstruktionen bezüglich der Transportvorgänge sowie der
Lagerung sind zu beachten. Exemplarisch ist die Anwen-
dung entsprechender Anschlagmittel zu nennen.
• Materialkontrolle
Das Schalungs- und Traggerüstmaterial ist bei Eingang auf
der Baustelle/am Bestimmungsort sowie vor jeder Verwen-
dung auf einwandfreie Beschaffenheit und Funktion zu prü-
fen. Veränderungen am Schalungsmaterial sind unzulässig.
• Ersatzteile und Reparaturen
Als Ersatzteile dürfen nur Originalteile verwendet werden.
Reparaturen sind nur vom Hersteller oder von autorisierten
Einrichtungen durchzuführen.
2.2 Safety instructions
Important information regarding the intended use and safe
application of formwork and falsework
The contractor is responsible for drawing up a comprehensive risk
assessment and a set of installation instructions. The last one is
not usually identical to the instructions for assembly and use.
• Risk assessment
The contractor is responsible for the compilation,
documentation, implementation and revision of a risk
assessment for each construction site. Employees are
obliged to implement the measures resulting from this in
accordance with all legal requirements.
• Installation instructions
The contractor is responsible for compiling a written set of
installation instructions. The instructions for assembly and
use is part of the basis for the compilation of a installation
instruction.
• Instructions for assembly and use
Formwork is technical work equipment that is intended
for commercial use only. The product must be used
as intended exclusively by properly trained personnel
and appropriately qualified supervising personnel. The
instructions for assembly and use are an integral component
of the formwork construction. They comprise at least
safety guidelines, details on the standard configuration and
intended use, as well as the system description.
The functional instructions (standard configuration)
contained in the instructions for assembly and use are to
be complied with as stated. Enhancements, deviations or
changes represent a potential risk and therefore require
separate verification (with the help of a risk assessment) or
a set of installation instructions that comply with the relevant
laws, standards and safety regulations. The same applies in
those cases where formwork and/or falsework components
are provided by the contractor.
• Availability of the instructions for assembly and use
The contractor has to ensure that the instructions for
assembly and use provided by the manufacturer or
formwork supplier is available on site. Before the assembly
and use the site personal has to be familiar with the
instructions and the instructions must be available at all
times.
• Images
The images shown in the instructions for assembly and use
are, in part, situations of assembly and not always complete
in terms of safety considerations. Nevertheless, the safety
installations that may not be shown in these images must be
available.
• Storage and transportation
The special requirements of the respective formwork
constructions regarding transportation procedures as
well as storage must be complied with. For example, the
appropriate lifting gear should be indicated.
• Material check
Formwork and falsework material deliveries are to be
checked on arrival at the construction site/place of
destination as well as before each use to ensure that they
are in perfect condition and function correctly. Changes to
the formwork materials are not permitted.
• Spare parts and repairs
Only original components may be used as spare parts.
Repairs are to be carried out by the manufacturer or
authorized repair facilities only.

• Use of other products
Combining formwork components from different
manufacturers carries certain risks. They are to be
individually verified and can result in the compilation of a
separate set of instructions of assembly and use required for
the installation of the equipment.
• Safety warnings, NOTE (ANSI Z353.4) and visual check
The individual safety messages or notes (Ansi 535.4) and
the visual check are to be complied with.

Technical improvements and modifications are subject to
change without NOTE.
For the safety-related application and use of the products,
all current country-specific laws, standards and other safety
regulations are to be complied with without exception. They
form a part of the obligations of employers and employees
regarding industrial safety. This results in, among other things,
the responsibility of the contractor to ensure the stability of the
formwork and falsework constructions as well as the structure
during all stages of construction.
This also includes the basic assembly, stripping and the
transport of the formwork and falsework constructions or their
components. The complete construction is to be checked during
and after assembly.

Dazu zählen auch die Grundmontage, die Demontage und der
Transport der Schalungs- und Traggerüstkonstruktionen respek-
tive von deren Teilen. Die Gesamtkonstruktion ist während und
nach der Montage zu prüfen.

As far as the floor plan allows
it, is most economical to use
the TOPEC panel 180/180. The
TOPEC bearings are mounted
directly underneath the panel joint.
At wall junctions the panels are
pushed over the TOPEC bearing
close to the wall.
The panel level is stabilized by the
surrounding walls.
The majority of the slab area can
be formed with the basic panels
of the TOPEC system. Adjustment
areas of 55 - 90 cm width can
be formed with the TOPEC
adjustment panels 90/180.
Smaller adjustment areas can
be formed with the TOPEC
adjustment beam or the TOPEC
head support shoe, square timbers
and adequate plywood by the
contractor.

Soweit es der Grundriss zulässt,

180/180 einzusetzen. Die TOPEC
Lager werden mittig unter dem
Stoß der Deckentische eingebaut.
Beim Wandanschluss werden die-
se über das TOPEC Lager gescho-
ben und schließen direkt an der
Wand an.
Die Tafelebene wird durch die an-
grenzenden Wände stabilisiert.
Mit den Tafeln der Grundausstat-
tung wird die Decke eingeschalt.
Ausgleiche zwischen 55–90 cm
werden mit der TOPEC Aus-
gleichstafel 90/180 geschlossen.
Bei kleineren Ausgleichen sind die-
se mit dem TOPEC Ausgleichsträ-
ger bzw. TOPEC Kopflagerschuh
und Kantholz sowie bauseitiger
Schalhaut zu schließen.
