communicates with the parent

If you are experiencing
problems with your baby
monitor, there are some
quick and easy checks you can
do to help solve the problem.
The parent and baby units
will not power on
Please check that you have
correctly installed the
batteries in the parent unit
and that the mains power for
the baby unit and parent unit
charging pod is connected and
switched on.
The ‘Link’ light on the
parent unit is flashing, the
noise indication light is not
functioning and you cannot
hear sounds from your baby’s
room

range of the baby unit. Move
the parent unit closer and wait

establish.
You may need to manually
re-establish the link. Turn both
units off and then press and
release the ‘Power’ button
on the baby unit. Press and
hold the ‘Power’ button for 2

the parent unit and the ‘Link’
light is still glowing steadily
Check that the volume on the
parent unit is turned up.
You may need to increase the
sensitivity of the parent unit.
See page 14.
The baby monitor is making a
high pitched ear-piercing noise
This can happen if the baby
and parent unit are too close
to each other. Move the
parent unit further apart from
the baby unit.
Clean the charging contacts
with a soft, dry cloth.
If you are experiencing any
difficulty after making the
above checks, please call the
helpdesk for further assistance.
