Initial Setup
• Open the box, and connect your Hush Baby Monitor2 to your network router via the
supplied Network Cable4.
• Plug the 5V DC Power Supply Adaptor3 into the correct socket (labelled 5V) on the
Hush Baby Monitor and turn the power on.
• Use the supplied QR codes to download the Hush Viewer App (iOS or Android)
or visit www.hushviewer.com for more information.
• Once installed, open up the Hush Viewer App and search for monitors.

Setup WiFi
• Within the Hush Viewer App go to Settings Setup WiFi
• Select your Hush Baby Monitor and choose from the list of available networks. You may
then be prompted to enter your wireless password. If you do not have a password on
your WiFi network simply select OK.
• A confirmation message that the Hush Baby Monitor has successfully connected to
your WiFi network will then be visible.
• The Network Cable can be disconnected, and the Hush Baby Monitor can be moved
to your room of choice.

Setup External Access
• External Access allows you to connect to your Hush Baby Monitor from outside your
home network.
• Within the Hush Viewer App go to Settings Enable External Access
• Select your Hush Baby Monitor and enter a unique username and password (of choice)
for future access. You may also be asked for a serial code which can be found on the
underneath side of the Hush Baby Monitor.
• A confirmation message that the Hush Baby Monitor has successfully been enabled for
external access will then be visible.

Using Remote Access
• When not connected to your home network you can use Remote Access to view your
camera. Mobile Data Network charges may apply if using 3G/4G.
• Within the Hush Viewer App go to Connect and login using the previously created
username and password.
• If you would like to connect without using an App, please visit www.hushviewer.com
for more information.
Rename Monitor
• Within the Hush Viewer App go to Settings Rename Monitor
• Select your Hush Baby Monitor and enter a new name of your choice.
A confirmation message that the Hush Baby Monitor name has been changed
will then be visible.
Special features
• You can set up a temporary account to give external access to a child carer or relative for
a 24 hour period. This can be setup via the app Settings Setup Timed External Access
but then accessed remotely via hushviewer.com
• For increased security only 1x External User and 1x Timed External User per account
• The camera lens may require adjustment, and this can be done by twisting the lens on
the front to get the best possible picture. Care is required when adjusting the lens.
Troubleshooting
• If for any reason you have problems connecting, there is a reset button on the
bottom of the camera2 to bring it back to the original manufacturers settings.

• www.hushviewer.com only allows for Remote Access (Normal or Timed) viewing of the
Hush Baby Monitor. It does not allow for controlling, listening or talking back to the Hush
Baby Monitor.
• As with a lot of devices, if monitor and smart phone are used in the same room then
there is likely to be some feedback caused
