1 Introduction and safety regulations
1�1 General
This workshop manual gives a full description of how to
do troubleshooting, repair and test of the product. It also
gives safety instructions that the personnel must obey
during repair work.
1�2 Revisions
If there are changes to the product, these are gradually
introduced into ongoing production. These changes can
have an effect on servicing and/or spare parts. This can
cause sections of the workshop manual to become out of
date. Servicing information is sent out for each change.
To make sure that the repair and servicing instructions
are complete and up to date, always read the workshop
manual together with all servicing information applicable
for the product.
1�3 Target group
This workshop manual is written for personnel with a
general knowledge of how to repair and do servicing on
the product.
All personnel that repair or do servicing on the product
must read and understand the workshop manual.

The service center that repairs the product must have
safety devices that comply with local regulations.
Warnings and cautions are used to point out specially

2�2�1 To do a check of the bolts and nuts
1. Do a check of and tighten the bolts and nuts on the
machine.

1. Locate the air lter (A).

Remove the knob on the top of the air lter (A).

Remove the outer cover of the air lter (A).

Remove the wingnut from the top of the air lter (A)

5. Remove the inner cover of the air lter (A).

Do a check that the oil is at the correct level (A).

To do a check of the engine oil
1. Locate the engine crankcase dipstick.
2. Remove the dipstick and do a check of the oil level.

3. Attach the dipstick to the crankcase.
2�2�4 To do a check of the gearbox oil
1. Remove the gearbox oil plug.
2. Do a check of the oil level.
3. Attach the gearbox oil plug to the gearbox.
2�2�5 To do a check for oil leaks
1. Do a visual check for any oil leaks.
2�2�6 To do a fuel check
1. Remove the fuel cap.

2�2�7 To change the engine oil
1. Locate the engine oil container.
2. Take off the drain bolt and drain the oil.
3. Remove the dipstick.
4. Pour a small amount of petrol to clean the
crankcase.

5. Attach the drain bolt.
6. Fill oil into the crankcase.
7. Attach the dipstick to the crankcase.

2�2�8 To change the gearbox oil
1. Locate gearbox plug (A) and the drain bolt (B).

2. Remove the drain bolt and drain the oil out.
3. Remove the gearbox plug.
4. Pour a little petrol into the gearbox to clean it.
5. Attach the drain bolt to to the gearbox and tighten it.
6. Pour oil into the gearbox.
7. Attach the gearbox plug to the gearbox.
2�2�9 To clean the fuel lter
1. Locate the fuel lter (A).

Turn the fuel lter and remove it.

3. Clean the fuel lter and remove any blocking.
2�2�10 To do a check of the spark plug
1. Locate the spark plug (A).

2. Clean any carbon dust from the spark plug
3. Make sure the spark plug is mounted tight.
2�2�11 To do a check of the valve clearance
1. Locate the valves.

2. Make sure the exhaust valve clearance is 0.15mm.

Make sure the inlet valve clearance is 0.1mm.

chamber
1. Locate the combustion chamber (A).

Remove the dust from the cylinder head.

3. Remove the dust from the piston.
4. Remove the carbon dust from the end of the spark
plug.
2�2�13 To do a check of the fuel system
1. Remove the fuel container.
2. Locate the fuel lter (A).

3. Remove and clean the fuel lter. Remove any
blocking.
4. Do a check of the fuel tube. Make sure there are no
block or damage.

2�3 Machine adjustment
2�3�1 To adjust the clutch cable
1. Press the handle with a force of 15-25N

2. Adjust the cable if it is too tight or loose.
2�3�2 To adjust the throttle control and
cable
1. Locate the throttle control.

Turn the throttle fully clockwise to set the machine
to maximum speed (3150-3400 rpm/min),

3. Turn the throttle fully counter-clockwise to set the
machine to idle speed (1380-1700 rpm/min)

If the idle speed is not 1380-1700 rpm/min, loosen
the the cable tting bolt (A) and adjust the throttle
cable (B).

1. Locate two main holders (A).

Attach two left blades (A) and two right blades (B) to
the left main holder.
3. Attach two right blades (A) and two left blades (B) to
the right main holder.

1. Locate two sub-blade holders (A).

the left sub-holder.

3. Attach two right blades (A) and two left blades (B) to
the right sub-holder.

2�4�4 To attach the main blades to the sub-
blades
1. Attach the left main holder to the left sub-blade
holder with the holes in the same direction. Make
sure the sharp edges point the same way.
2. Attach the right main holder to the right sub-blade
holder with the holes in the same direction. Make
sure the sharp edges point the same way.
3. Lock the holders in position with a bolt, washer and
nut.
2�4�5 To attach the blades to the machine
1. Locate the round blades.

2. Attach one round blade to the left and right sub-
blade holder with the holes in the same position.
3. Lock each round blade in position with a bolt and pin.
4. Attach a blade asssembly to each side of the
machine blade holder. Lock each of them in place
with a bolt and a pin.

5. Make sure the sharp side of the blades face the front
side.

1. Locate two sub-holders

holder with the holes in the same direction. Make

3. Lock the holders in position with a bolt, washer and

1. Locate the machine blade holder (A)

Attach the left and right asssembly to the sides of the
machine blade holder. Lock each of them in place
with a bolt and a pin.

3�1 Troubleshooting schedule

3�2�1 To do a check of the fuel level
1. Set the stop switch to “ON”.

2. Open the fuel tap.
3. Take of the fuel cap and do a check that the fuel level
is sufcient.

1. Locate the spark plug (A).

2. If the spark plug is wet, dry it and start the machine.
3. If the spark plug is dry, do a check of the fuel tube
and carburetor.
