•Batterieshavedischargedtolessthan25%ofratedcapacity.
Ifthewarninglightilluminateswhenthevehicleisoperating,therewillbeenoughpowerremainingtodrivethevehicle
forapproximately30minutes.However,thevehicleshouldbechargedattherstopportunity.Ifthewarninglight
illuminatesandthevehicleisunabletooperatefor30minutes,haveyourHusqvarnadistributor/dealercheckthe
vehicleforapossiblebatteryorelectricalsystemproblem.
Whenthebatteriesreceiveanincompletechargebecause1)theDCpowercordisdisconnected,2)ACpower
tothechargerisinterrupted,3)automaticchargershut-offoccursafter16hoursofoperation,or4)thecharger
malfunctions,thewarninglightwillindicateasfollows:
•Thewarninglightwillnotilluminateifthechargeis90%ormorecomplete.Theonboardcomputerwillretainin
memorytheamountofchargeneededtofullyreplenishthebatteriesandwillcompletethechargeduringthe
nextchargecycle.
•Whenthechargerisunplugged,thewarninglightwillilluminateandremainilluminatedfor10secondsifthecharge
islessthan90%completebutthevehiclehasenoughpowerforapproximately30minutesofoperation.Thiswill
alerttheoperatorthatthevehiclemaybeused,butthatitmustbechargedtocompletionassoonaspossible.
•Thewarninglightwillrepeatedlyilluminatefor10seconds,with4secondintervalsifthechargertimesoutat16
hoursandthebatteriesarenotsufcientlycharged.Seethebatterychargerowner’smanual.Thisindicatesan
abnormalchargecycle.ThechargerandbatteriesshouldbecheckedbyyourHusqvarnadistributor/dealer.
•Thewarninglightwillrepeatedlyilluminatefor10seconds,with4secondintervalsduringachargecycle(DCplugis
stillconnected)ifACpowertothechargerisinterrupted.ThelightwillgooutwhenACpowerisrestored.
LEDLight:Inadditiontothewarninglight,thereisaninfraredLEDinthedashlightassembly,whichtransmitsan
infraredsignalfromtheonboardcomputer(OBC).ThissignalisreceivedbytheoptionalCommunicationDisplay
Module(Husqvarna6030018-63),whichprovidesinformationontheconditionofthevehicleandbatteries.
TOW/RUNSWITCH

WARNING
•PlaceTow/RunswitchintheTOWpositionbeforedisconnectingorconnectingthebatteries.Failureto
heedthiswarningcouldresultinabatteryexplosionorseverepersonalinjury.
•WhentheTow/RunswitchisintheTOWposition,allmotorbrakingfunctions,includingwalk-away
braking,aredisabled.
ElectricvehiclesareequippedwithaTow/Runswitch,locatedundertheseatjustabovetheForward/Reverseswitch
(Figure13).TheswitchmustbeintheRUNpositioninordertooperatethevehicle.WhentheswitchisintheTOW
position,powertothevehicleelectricalcomponentsisturnedoffandthevehiclewillnotoperate.SeefollowingNOTE.

theRUNposition.

TheT ow/RunswitchshouldbeplacedintheTOWpositionunderthefollowingconditions:
•BeforeTowingtheVehicle:PlacetheT ow/RunswitchintheTOWpositiontodisableallmotorbrakingfunctions,
thuspreventingpossibledamagethatcouldoccurtothevehicleorelectricalcomponentsifthevehicleistowed
whilethewalk-awaybrakingfunctionisoperating.
•BeforeDisconnectingorConnectingBatteryCables:PlacetheT ow/RunswitchintheTOWpositiontoturn
offpowertothevehicleelectricalsystem,thuspreventingseverearcingandpossiblebatteryexplosionasthe
batterycablesaredisconnected.
•ForLongTermStorage:PlacetheT ow/RunswitchintheTOWpositiontoturnoffpowertothevehicleelectrical
system,thuspreventingvehicleelectricalcomponentsfromdischargingthebatteries.
