TO MAKE INTERCOM / OUTGOING CALLS
To make an intercom call or an outgoing call:
Manual Mode
1. Press the [Answer] button on the headset.
2. Press Extension Number or dial External number
3. To End Call press [Answer] button on headset
Auto Mode
Press Extension DSS key
Or Press SPK key then dial Extension or External number
To End Call press SPK button on DK2 Phone
GENERAL OPERATION
To Adjust Speaker Volume during a Call
You can adjust the speaker volume during a call by
pressing the volume control buttons on the side of the Ear
and or the volume control keys on the DK2 phone
according to your preference.
Operation Range
The Hybrex DK2 Blue Tooth Interface is a very low power
radio communication device. The radio communication
range between the DK2 and the Headset is approximately
10 meters. Please keep both units within this range for
best communication performance.
EAR PIECE SETUP
Most headsets will allow you to wear the headset on your
right or left per your preference. Please consult your Blue
Tooth Headset user guide for the setup required.
MAINTAINANCE
As high temperature will shorten the battery life, please do
not leave your Headset in an environment with
temperatures over 60ºC or in direct sunlight.
Keep your Headset away from moisture.

Cleaning : Use soft cloth with mild liquid soap to clean the
exterior of your Cordless Headset and phone. DO NOT
use abrasive chemical detergent or material to clean the
Headset.
DO not attempt to pry open the cover of your Cordless
Headset or change the batteries. Seek assistance from
an AUTHORIZED Hybrex dealer near you.
WARRANTY SCOPE
Auto Telecom guarantees Hybrex products (excluding batteries) as being free of
defects in material, design and workmanship at the time of original purchase and for a
period of twelve (12) months immediately thereafter.
If, during the warranty period, the products malfunction in normal use and
service (by authorized dealer), Auto Telecom or its authorized dealer will
repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the original purchaser
other than carriage asthe warranty is provided on a “Return to Base” basis.
Auto Telecom or its authorized dealer may refuse to provide free warranty
service if any of the following conditions occurs:
1. The product is adapted, modified, or changed.
2. The product exterior is cracked or broken.
3. The serial number label is tampered with or missing.
4. The product has being misused by the user in any way.
5. The product has been serviced by any agent other than a Hybrex
AUTHORISED service agent
Repairs or replacements will neither give any right to extend the original
warranty period nor give any right to start a new warranty period. Replaced
faulty parts or components will become the property of Auto Telecom.

BLUE TOOTH HEADSETS
The Hybrex DK2 Phone Blue Tooth interface will integrate
with many brands of headset, Hybrex have tested and
recommend the following headsets
Motorola HS820
Motorola HS810
Netcom GN6110

CONNECTION TO PHONE
No physical connection to the DK2 phone is required.
TO PAIR HEADSET WITH DK2 PHONE
Before Pairing:
Please ensure Blue Tooth Headset has been given its first
maximum charge as recommended by it manufacturer.
• Hold Headset with Mic Boom closed
• Place Blue Tooth Headset into Pairing Mode by
pressing and holding down the answer key until
LED light comes on
• Open Mic Boom, LED on Headset should remain
on
• Press and hold down the DK2 phones “HOLD” key
until “Pairing” is displayed on phone screen
• Release Hold Key
• Waiting until Blue Tooth Headset LED flashes
rapidly
• Phone and Handset are now Paired
Note: Please ensure you only pair one Blue Tooth Device in
the area of work at any one time
TO ACTIVATE DK PHONE INTO HEADSET MODE
To activate the headset mode on DK2 phone:
• Press [SPK][775] to enable the headset mode.
To cancel the headset mode on DK2 phone:
• Press [SPK][775] to cancel the headset mode.
TO ANSWER INCOMMING CALLS
Manual Mode
To answer incoming call:
• When DK2 phones rings the Blue Tooth Headset will
beep in your ear
• To answer call press the [Answer] button on the Blue
Tooth headset.
To end the conversation of a call:
• Press the [Answer] button again will end the call
• The Blue Tooth Headset will beep to indicate call
ended and will automatically put DK2 phone to
idle state.
Note:
• If you press [SPK] button on the DK2 telephone will
also end the call directly. But the Blue Tooth
Headset will be left in Auto Answer Mode”. If left in
this state the next incoming call will be answered
automatically by the Headset.
Auto Mode
Headset will be active when in this mode, please note the
battery time will be more limited when using this mode.
To answer incoming call:
• When DK2 phones rings the Blue Tooth Headset will
beep in your ear once
• The Headset will then answer call
To end the conversation of a call:
• Press the SPK key on the DK2 phone
Note:
• Pressing the [SPK] button on the DK2 telephone will
end the call directly and the Blue Tooth Headset will
be left in Auto Answer Mode. If left in this state the
next incoming call will be answered automatically by
the Headset.
