TRANSFER CALLS

After taking an incoming call to place it on hold look at the creen; the word “recall”
will appear on the bottom left hand ide of the telephone creen.
To place the call on hold
Pre the black button on the left hand ide
Dial the exten ion number
Announce the caller
Pre “off” to hang up and the call will be tran ferred.

VOICE TO When calling an exten ion, you can change the voice
RING to a ring tone, by pre ing 3 on the keypad after dialling the exten ion .
BACKGROUND You can hear background mu ic through your telephone peaker
