DISCHARGE residual pressure before disconnecting the portable car washer horse.17.

Do not allow the system to freeze. Always empty and store indoors. Freezing will damage22.

Never spray water on your machine or operate in the rain. This could cause electrical failure24.

Always use the recommended 8-amp fuse for your machine. Any other may cause damage to25.
your machine or vehicle.
Any misuse of this product in any way will void the warranty. This unit is intended for adult26.

Disconnect the power cable whenever engine is turned off for extended periods of time. The 27.
power does not turn off after switching off the engine in some cars. If the power plug is left
connected, the battery may become run down or damaged.
Do not direct spray water at eyes, mouth, or any other orice. 28.

LIMITED WARRANTY
To the consumer, our company warrants this portable car washer to be free of defects in material
or workmanship commencing upon the date of the original purchase. Refer to your portable washer
data plate for the length of warranty and save your original sales receipt to validate start of warranty
period.
If the portable car washer should become defective within the warranty period, we will repair or
replace any defective parts free of charge. The complete machine must be delivered prepaid to our
company. Please include complete description of the problem, day of purchase, with original sales
receipt and your name, address and telephone number.
The warranty does not include unusual wear, damage resulting from accident or unreasonable use
of the portable car washer. This warranty does not cover unauthorized repairs. This warranty gives
you specic legal rights.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
Turn lid counterclockwise to
remove.
Full tank with fresh water.
IMPORTANT: Temperature at
0°C to 60°C WATER.
Replace lid by turning
clockwise to secure in to
place.
ATTACH HOSE
Attach hose to tank by
whirling the joint from left to
right.
ATTACH SPRAY NOZZLE
Connect hose to spray nozzle
by whirling the joint from left to
right.
ATTACH POWER CORD
Attach cord to unit by pushing
rmly into power cord inlet.
HOW TO OPERATE
IMPORTANT: MUST READ ALL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO FIRST USE.
IMPORTANT: DISCONNECT THE POWER CABLE WHENEVER ENGINE IS TURNED OFF FOR
EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. THE POWER DOES NOT TURN OFF AFTER SWITCHING OFF
THE ENGINE IN SOME CARS. IF THE POWER PLUG IS LEFT CONNECTED, THE BATTERY
MAY BECOME RUN DOWN OR DAMAGED.

Plug into car cigarette lighter
or power port. (Diagram 2) (Diagram 2a)
NOTE: Some vehicles require that ignition be in accessory position.
PURGE AIR FROM SYSTEM: To purge air, turn unit on (Diagram2). Point nozzle into water tank
and squeeze lever until steady stream of water exits hose (Diagram 2a).
With normal use, air can get trapped in the hose. We recommend the following steps to purge the air
out of your system and get the maximum amount of pressure out of your new car washer.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS AFTER EACH TIME YOU REFILL YOUR TANNK:
Fill the tank with water.1.
Connect the hose to the unit.2.
Connect the power cord to the unit.3.
Direct the hose. Without the nozzle attached, into the tank.4.
Turn the power on and run for approximately 30 seconds or until a steady stream of water is 5.
present.
Turn off the power.6.
Connect the nozzle to the hose.7.
NOTE: start the engine while using the device if you are not sure whether the capacity of the Car
Battery is sufcient or not.
AUTOMATIC SHUTOFF
THE AUTOMATIC SHUTOFF FEATURE:
When the trigger is released the dynamic pressure shuts the motor off automatically. When the
trigger is pressed the pressure drop automatically activates the motor and pressure is formed once
again with a slight delay. To ensure correct automatic shutoff operation, the time interval between
trigger release and engagement must not be less than 5-10 seconds. To ensure correct use of
model automatic shutoff pressure washer, do not leave the machine in automatic stop condition for
more than 10 minutes.

Pull trigger on spray gun and adjust water as needed.
SHUTTING DOWEN YOUR PORTABLE CAR WASHER:
Place the ON/OFF switch in the OFF position.1.
Pull trigger on spray nozzle to relieve any water pressure in hose or spray nozzle.2.
Disconnect hose from unit.3.
Disconnect nozzle from hose.4.
Press spray nozzle to remove excess water. 5.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
WARNING: ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE PLUG FROM THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY
MAINTENANCE IS STARTED.
WATER FILTER:1. Inspect the water lter before lling with water. Clean water lter if dirty.
NOZZLE CLOGGED:2. A clogged nozzle will cause the operating pressure to be too high causing
the portable washer to surge. If this happens turn unit off and unplug pressure washer:
Unplug power supply, pull trigger on spray nozzle handle to relieve pressure, remove•
nozzle from hose.
Clean the spray nozzle with the nozzle cleaning tool.( See Diagrams 1&2 below).•
Flush wand assembly backwards with water or compressed air.•
If pressure is still too high, repeat steps 1-2.•
LUBRICATION:3. No lubrication is required for this pump. Silicone grease may be added to
hose connector o-rings if connecting becomes difcult.
Add some silicone grease to the metal part of the spray nozzle after long time no use.4.
WARNING: HIGH PRESSURE HOSE, DAMAGED HIGH PRESSURE HOSES CAN BURST AND
CAN CAUSE A POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS SITUATION OR INJURY. HIGH PRESSURE HOSE
S SHOULD NOT BE KINKED, CRUSHED, TWISTED, OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. REPLACE
THE HIGH PRESSURE HOSE SHOULD THIS OCCUR.

TO CLEAN SPRAY NOZZLE REPLACE FUSE
STEP 1
Pull back quick disconnect
and detach the nozzle from
the hose.
STEP 2
Clean the nozzle with the
tool. Remove any dirt from
the nozzle and rinse.
Unscrew end of power cord
adaptor to remove old fuse.
Discard and replace with new
fuse.
STORING PORTABLE CAR WASHER
This portable car washer should be stored in such a way to protect it from freezing. Do not store
this unit outdoors or on an area where temperatures will fall below 32’F. This can cause extensive
damage to this unit and void the warranty. Before storing, consider the following steps. Follow shut-
ting down instructions.
DRAIN WATER FORM SYSTEM:
Turn off portable cleaner, squeeze nozzle lever to release pressure. Remove nozzle and 1.
squeeze level and drain water from nozzle. Empty water from tank. Turn unit on and run for
approximately 30 seconds without nozzle.
Detach high pressure hose. Elevate one end and allow water to drain from hose.2.
Place hose, nozzle and power cord in mesh storage compartments.3.
If unit must be stored under freezing condition, or will be stored for more the 30 days, a pump4.
winterizer/protector or a non-toxic RV anti-freeze can be used to prevent freezing and reduce
mineral deposits.
ADD ANTI-FREEZE AS FOLLOWS:
Pour approximately 1/2 gallon of RV anti-freeze into tank.1.
Connect high pressure hose, nozzle, and power cord.2.
Turn unit on, squeeze lever until a steady stream of RV anti-freeze in present.3.
Turn unit off. Squeeze nozzle lever to release pressure.4.
Remove and place hose, nozzle and power cord in mesh storage compartments.5.

USING PRESSURE WASHER AFTER STORING WITH ANTI-FREEZE:
Drain RV anti-freeze. (follow steps 1 and 2 from Drain water from system)1.
Run 1 tank of fresh water through system before using and ensure all anti-freeze is purged2.

WARNING: USE ONLY RV ANTIFREEZE. ANY OTHER AHTI-FREEZE IS CORROSIVE AND CAN
DAMAGE PUMP AND VOID WARRANTY.

dados y las piezas de recambio del fabricante. No lo utilice si el enchufe o el cable están
dañados. Si el equipo no funciona adecuadamente, es que se ha caído, se ha estropeado, se
ha dejado al aire libre o se ha caído al agua.
No tire del cable, ni traslade el equipo tirando del cable. Tampoco debe hacer que el cable 5.
quede junto a bordes o esquinas cortantes. No utilice el equipo encima del cable y mantenga
este último alejado de supercies calientes.
No coloque ningún objeto que bloquee las aberturas, ni utilice ninguna abertura que esté 6.
bloqueada. Manténgalas limpias de polvo, pelusas, pelos y cualquier cosa que pueda reducir
la circulación del aire.
Aleje el pelo, la ropa ancha, los dedos y todas las partes del cuerpo en general de las apertu-7.

No utilice el equipo sin el ltro de agua colocado en su sitio. 8.

Si el equipo de lavado tiene algún problema durante el periodo de garantía, lo repararemos o reem-

MONTAJE
Abra la tapa girándola en
el sentido contrario a las
agujas del reloj y retírela.
Llene el depósito con agua
limpia. IMPORTANTE: Agua
a temperatura de entre 0 ºC y
60 ºC.
Coloque la tapa girándola en
el sentido de las agujas del
reloj hasta que quede bien
jada.
COLOQUE LA MANGUERA
Conecte la manguera al de-
pósito girando la unión de
izquierda a derecha.
COLOQUE LA PISTOLA PUL-
VERIZADORA
Conecte la pistola a la mangue-
ra girando la unión de izquierda
a derecha.
CONECTE EL CABLE DE
ALIMENTACIÓN
Conecte el cable a la unidad
insertándolo con rmeza en
la entrada del cable.
FUNCIONAMIENTO
IMPORTANTE: LEA LAS INSTRUCCIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO ANTES DE USARLO POR
PRIMERA VEZ.
IMPORTANTE: DESCONECTE EL CABLE DE ALIMENTACIÓN CUANDO PARE EL MOTOR
DURANTE UN TIEMPO PROLONGADO. EN ALGUNOS VEHÍCULOS LA CORRIENTE NO SE
APAGA AL PARAR EL MOTOR. SI EL EQUIPO SE DEJA CONECTADO, LA BATERÍA PUEDE
DESCARGARSE O ESTROPEARSE.
