Corrosion or rusting is not covered by warranty. Normal wearing of the wheels,
leader hose, o-rings and seals is not covered by warranty.
Assemble in a clean, flat area. Read instructions thoroughly before assembling.
Carefully remove all parts from the box and identify and organize parts and tools
prior to assembly.

Do not use a compressor to inflate tyres. This could damage tubes and
tyres. Always drain water before placing in storage. Store inside during
winter to avoid frost damage. Do not drink water from the hose.

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURES
Step 1

lace U-shape Frame (A) on top o
f
Rear Bracket Axle (B) and Front Axle (C) and align with
mounting holes. Then place Basket (

) onto U-Shape Frame (A) and align with mounting holes.

Attach two T

res (D) onto the Front Axle (C) and ensure the longer part o
f

mounting hole is

acing inward. Tighten with 12mm Flat Washers, Split Washers & Nuts
(M). Attach the remaining two T

res (D) to the Rear Axle (B) using the same process.

Step 3
Attach Wheel with Brass Coupling (E1) and Wheel with Handle Axle (E2) to either side of the
Drum (E3) using M5x15mm Screws & Washers (N).

Step4
P
lace the completed Hose Drum Assembly (E) onto the U-Shape Frame (A), ensuring that
the water inlet (with the Bearing Bracket) in on the same side of the cart as the Front Axle (C).
Attach using M6x45mm Screws, Flat Washers, Split Washers & Nuts (K). Then repeat the
process on the other side of the U-Shape Frame (A) using the loose Bearing Bracket (F).

lace the Handle (G) onto the Wheel with Handle Axle (E2), align the mounting holes and
secure with M6x30mm Screw, Flat Washer, Split Washer & Nut (J) as shown.
