Always operate the vehicle in a safe manner.
Do not become distracted by the vehicle
while driving and always be fully aware of all
driving conditions. Do not change settings
or any functions. Pull over in a safe and legal
manner before attempting such operations.
To promote safety, certain functions are
disabled unless the parking brake is on.

Hands-Free is connected.).

Basic Operation
System ON/OFF
Starting the system for the first time
1. Press the engine start button or set the ignition key to On or ACC
On. Once the system is turned on, the booting process will start
and the safety warning page is displayed.
2. Press [Confi rm]. If you want to change the system language,
press [Language].

󳞱 You cannot operate the system while it is booting up. It may take
some time for all of the features to be ready.
󳞱 The safety warning page is displayed every time the ignition is
turned on. The displayed warnings are related to safety, please
closely read and comply with the safety warnings.
󳞱 If there is no operation for 10 seconds in the safety warning
screen, the system automatically switches to the last played
mode.
Turning the system on
Press [1] on the head unit in system OFF status.
, Note
Pay attention to the volume setting when turning the system on. A
sudden output of extreme volume upon turning the system on could
lead to hearing impairment. Adjust the volume to a suitable level
before turning off the system or set the startup volume in [Sound
settings] menu.
Turning the system off
Press and hold [1] on the head unit in system ON status.
Resetting the system
This feature is used to reset the system in the occurrence of an
unforeseen error or problem. Press “RESET” button. (The use of a
clip or pin is recommended when resetting the system.)

Update
For system’s software security, new function addition and map
update, you need an update.
1. Press [SETUP] > [General] > [Version info/Update].
2. After inserting the USB with the update fi le, press [Update]. Once
updating is complete, the system will automatically restart.

󳞱 This product requires regular updates for software corrections,
new functions and map updates. Updating may require up to 1
hour depending on the data size.
󳞱 Turning off the power or ejecting the USB during the update
process may result in data loss.

Problem: The power does not turn on.
󳞱 Possible Cause: The fuse is disconnected.
󳞱 Countermeasure:
- Replace with a suitable fuse.
- If the fuse is disconnected again, please contact your dealer.
󳞱 Possible Cause: The device is not properly connected.
󳞱 Countermeasure: Check to see that the device has been properly
connected.
Problem: The system does not play.
󳞱 Possible Cause: The vehicle battery is low.
󳞱 Countermeasure: Charge the battery if the problem persists, contact
your point of purchase or service center.
Problem: The image color/tone quality is low.
󳞱 Possible Cause: The brightness, saturation, and contrast levels are not
set properly.
󳞱 Countermeasure: Properly adjust the brightness, saturation, and
contrast levels through Display Setup.
Problem: Sound does not work.
󳞱 Possible Cause: The volume level is set to the lowest level.
󳞱 Countermeasure: Adjust the volume level.
󳞱 Possible Cause: The connection is not proper.
󳞱 Countermeasure: Check to see that the device has been properly
connected.
󳞱 Possible Cause: The device is currently fast-forwarding, rewinding,
scanning, or playing in slow mode.
󳞱 Countermeasure: The sound will not work when the device is fast-
forwarding, rewinding, scanning, or playing in slow mode.
Problem: The sound or image quality is low.
󳞱 Possible Cause: Vibration is occurring from where the conversion switch
has been installed.
󳞱 Countermeasure: The sound may be short circuited and the image
distorted if the device vibrates.
Problem: The USB does not work.
󳞱 Possible Cause: USB memory is damaged.
󳞱 Countermeasure: Please use after formatting the USB into FAT 16/32,
exFAT, NTFS format.

Grundfunktion
System auf EIN/AUS schalten
Das System zum ersten Mal starten
1. Drücken Sie die Motorstarttaste oder stellen Sie den
Zündschlüssel auf Ein oder ACC On. Nach Starten wird das
System hochgefahren (Booten), und die Sicherheitswarnung wird
angezeigt.
2. Auf [Bestätigen] drücken. Wenn sie die Systemsprache ändern
möchten, auf [Sprache/Language] drücken.

󳞱 Erst nachdem das System vollständig hochgefahren ist, können
Sie es bedienen. Es kann etwas dauern, bis alle Funktionen
betriebsbereit sind.
󳞱 Die Sicherheitswarnung wird jedes Mal angezeigt, wenn die
Zündung eingeschaltet wird. Die angezeigten Warnhinweise
beziehen sich auf Ihre Sicherheit. Bitte lesen Sie die Hinweise
aufmerksam durch und befolgen Sie sie.
󳞱 Wenn während der Anzeige der Sicherheitswarnung innerhalb
von 10 Sekunden kein Bedienschritt erfolgt, wechselt das System
automatisch zum letzten Wiedergabemodus.
System einschalten
Bei ausgeschaltetem System auf der Haupteinheit auf [1] drücken.

Bei Einschalten des Systems auf die Lautstärke-Einstellung
achten. Eine plötzlich auftretende sehr hohe Lautstärke könnte zu
Gehörschäden führen. Stellen Sie vor Ausschalten des Systems die
Lautstärke auf einen passenden Pegel, oder stellen Sie im Menü
[Audioeinstellungen] die geeignete Startlautstärke ein.
System ausschalten
Bei eingeschaltetem System auf der Haupteinheit [1] gedrückt
halten.
System zurücksetzen
Bei Auftreten eines Fehlers oder Problems dient diese Funktion dazu,
das System zurückzusetzen (Reset). Dazu die RESET-Taste drücken.
(Es wird empfohlen, zum Drücken der Reset-Taste eine Büroklammer
oder Nadel zu benutzen.)
