INSTRUCTION MANUAL
INSTALLATION / SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
All i-cruz bikes come fully assembled. Remove the bike from the box and remove the
protective wrapping, unfold the bike and install the pedals using a spanner to tighten
properly. (Pedals are marked L and R)
NOW charge the battery fully as it may have been stored for a lengthy period. NB always
charge battery before first use.

UNFOLDING THE E-BIKE
Unfold the bike from the centre frame out and lock the frame in position.
Raise the handlebars and lock into position.
Set the handlebar at required height for rider.
Raise the seat to required height and lock in position using seat clamp.

CHARGING THE BATTERY
To charge the battery with the bike, simply place the bike within reach of the AC
power supply and plug in the supplied 48V power adaptor charger.
Note: The plug hole is located on the left of the frame.
The battery can either be charged while in the bike or the battery can be removed and
charged at a place of your convenience. To remove the battery from the bike, turn the key under
the bike frame to release the locking pin and remove the key. Fold the bike at the centre and
slide the battery out from the frame.
The RED light indicates it is charging and GREEN light indicates the battery is
fully charged. (Once charged Please turn off plug at wall) Charging time is between
4-6 hours depend on the battery capacity remaining.
Warning: Charging time over 10 hours is prohibited and may void warranty. Please
keep battery away from high temperature environment and store it in a cool place.
TURNING THE BIKE ON AND OFF
Turn the I-Cruz Pro E-Bike on by double pressing the lightning bolt on the key remote.
Turn off the bike by pressing the unlock padlock.
Set the alarm by pressing the locked padlock.
(Once alarm set if the bike is tampered with or moved the alarm will sound)
Test the alarm by pressing the bell symbol

CHARGING CELL PHONE HOLDER
Supplied as a standard accessory, the cell phone holder is equipped with a USB port for on the go
charging. Simply plug in your cell phone charging cable to the USB port under the holder. The cell
phone is charged from the main battery.
MAINTENANCE
As with normal bicycles routine maintenance and servicing is required.
Please ensure all nuts and bolts are checked regularly and tightened if required.
Chain requires lubrication and gears may need adjusting from time to time.
Most bicycle shops will offer this service for a small service fee.
Please make sure the battery is charged every 3 months if not in use.
Please don’t leave the battery on charge longer than 10 hours.
Please store battery in a cool environment.
Riding in wet conditions is acceptable however warranty is void if bike is submerged in water.
