1 Low hashrate
1.1 Machine warm up not completed
After restarting, it needs to run for about 30-60 minutes, then the hashrate will basically approach
the theoretical value. The hashrate curve of some pools may be slower, so it needs to wait for a
longer time. Maybe you should take a look at the hashrate after 24 hours.

The theoretical hashrate of BM-K1 is 5.3T,Fig. 1 the former is 15 minutes hashrate statistics in
red box, while the latter shows average hashrate statistics. Fig. 2 shows the statistics of hashrate in
the mine pool. It is necessary to note that the hashrate may fluctuate 5% up and down.

1.2 Missing hashboard
Currently, except for bm-k1, there is only one hashboard (see Fig. 1), there are 3 hashboards of 0,
1 and 2 (for example bm-n1, the three hashboards on the left side of Fig. 3 correspond to bm-n10,
bm-n11 and bm-n12 respectively). Generally, the mining machine itself has a 10 minutes hashrate
loss recovery mechanism, If a hashboard is divided by abnormal state (it can be found by the
temperature of the hashboard and the hashrate statistics of the hashboard) for more than 20
minutes, it may need to manually power off and restart. If the hashboard is still abnormal after
restart or the calculation board is lost (red indicator light is on), then contact the after-sales and
return to the factory for maintenance.

1.3 Overheating
The ideal working temperature of the machine is 20 ~ 30 ℃. If the external working temperature
is too high or the fan of the machine is abnormal (refer to Section 2.2), the frequency of the
machine will be reduced due to the overheating of the temperature, which will lead to the hashrate
not reaching the theoretical value.
1.4 High rejection rate
Generally speaking, it is caused by network problems. Firstly, local reasons, poor local network
conditions or poor network wire contact may lead to large network delay, which leads to high
rejection rate; Secondly, external reasons, abnormal mining pool or unreasonable selection of ore
pool will also lead to high rejection rate. For example, the domestic pool server node connected
by foreign customers will cause network delay increase, for some time sensitive machines, the
rejection rate is high, so it is recommended that users choose mine pool servers with close
physical location.
1.5 High hardware rate
Insufficient voltage or abnormal chip will lead to high hardware rate. These problems have been
dealt with in the program, but there are some extreme cases that the software may not be able to
avoid. If the loss of computing power caused by this problem is relatively large, it may be
necessary to contact the after-sales department to return to the factory for maintenance and replace
the defective chip.
2 Other anomalies
2.1 Network abnormality
We can judge whether the network is in normal state by observing whether the network indicator
is flashing normally. If the network is abnormal, the search tool will not find the machine in the
vlan, and the machine itself will restart the main mining program continuously at an interval of
about 30s (the red light goes out and then lights up again). To solve this problem, you need to
check whether the router or network cable is normal, For example, use the network cable to
connect the computer and other devices to confirm whether other devices can access the Internet
normally. If other devices can not access the Internet, check the network. If other devices can
access the Internet normally, there may be something wrong with the miner control board.
2.2 Abnormal hashboard

Under normal conditions, each power board has a fixed power chip. For the specific number,
please refer to the user manual of the corresponding model. If the number of chips is inconsistent
with the manual, it is considered that the power board lacks chips. First, we can see whether the
machine can be restored by repower the machine; Secondly, if the machine can not be restored by
repower, it may be necessary to contact the after-sales service to return to the factory for
maintenance.
2.3 Fan abnormal
1)The fan doesn't work
First, check whether the main power supply is normal (refer to 2.6).
Secondly, check whether the fan is squeezed by the protective net, which makes the fan unable to
rotate.
Finally, check whether the fan power cord is broken or disconnected.
2)Abnormal fan speed
The speed of the two or four fans of current models is adjusted according to the temperature. From
the web background, you can see that the specific speed is more than 7000. Due to the difference
of fans, the specific value may have a little error. If the speed difference is large, please check
whether the fan is stuck by foreign matters. In addition, the fan runs in a dusty environment for a
long time, resulting in a large amount of dust entering the rotating bearing, which may also lead to
abnormal fan speed, In this case, please contact the after-sales service. Do you want to buy the fan
yourself or return it to the factory for the after-sales service to replace it.

2.4 Abnormal indicator light
The state of the machine after normal operation is that the red light is off and the green light is
flashing.
1) If the two indicator lights of the machine do not light up after power on, it may be that there is
something wrong with the power supply (please refer to 2.6)
2) If the green light flashes normally and the red light is also on, consider the network problem or
the hashboard loss.
2.5 Background exception
1) Web background login does not go in, please make sure that the machine IP entered is correct.
2) Abnormal web background display may be caused by browser compatibilit. Chrome browser is
recommended.

3) In rare cases, it will be unable to log in due to the built-in web server exception. At this time,
restart the machine, and the web can generally be recovered.
2.6 Abnormal power supply
1)After power on, the power light(green) in the back cover of the machine is bad, the fan doesn't
work, and the indicator light(green) of the main control board is bad. At this time, the power
supply may be completely broken, so we need to contact the after-sales department to return to the
factory for repair.

2)The power light is normal, and the controller green light flashes normally. You can't see the
hashboard when you log in to the web background. There may be a problem with the power
supply. Please contact the after-sales service to confirm the problem.
3 matters needing attention
3.1 power off
For the operation of inspection and plug-in wiring, please be sure to power off before operation.
3.2 Modify the voltage
For some chips, the voltage requirement may be a little higher. If there are frequent board
dropping or high error rate problems, you can contact the after-sales department to confirm
whether the problem can be solved by adjusting the voltage.
3.3 modify frequency
The default frequency is the optimal frequency after a large number of tests. Please do not modify
the frequency casually. If the machine is damaged due to private modification, the machine will no
longer be guaranteed.
