ELITE DOUBLE ARM INSTALLATION
ATTACH WALL
PLATE TO WALL
Locate stud and mark top
hole, drill 11/64 pilot hole
and insert #14 screw and
tighten slightly. Using a
level, mark lower hole
and drill pilot hole, insert
#14 screw and, with
unit level, tighten both
screws. ICW supplies
#14 wood screws. If
installing onto metal
studs, you will need
to replace with proper
metal stud fasteners.
ATTACH TO DESK
Drill a 3/8 hole through the horizontal
surface you intend to mount to. Screw
the 3/8 stud into your desk mount
as shown, the stud is found in your
hardware bag.
Push the 3/8 stud on desk mount
through the hole in the desk and slip
the large mounting washer over the
stud from underneath and secure in
place with the 3/8 nylock nut.
Detach the pole mount from arm using the provided
5mm hex key. Separate the two sections of the
pole mount using the provided 5/32 hex key. Place
around the pole you are mounting to and rmly
reassemble the pole mount.

ATTACH ELITE ARM TO WALL MOUNT
Pass 3/8 bolt with bearing
assembly through wall mount
ear and into end of Elite
Arm. Secure Elite Arm over
wall mount using split lock
washer and nylock nut with
9/16 wrench provided and
5mm hex key.
Torque bolt down to 204 in/
lbs (17 ft/lbs)
9/16 wrench

DANGER!
• Do not attempt to adjust your Elite arm until everything you intend
to mount to the arm is mounted.
• Arm must be completely horizontal (extended) before adjusting the
arm’s tension. Failure to do so will damage the arm and void the
warranty.
 Never

• If equipment requiring AC power is mounted to this unit, have a
certiedelectricianinspecttheinstallation.
• Failure to install this unit according to these instructions will void
all ICW warranties. If installed incorrectly, ICW is not liable for any
damage or injury caused by the unit.


DO NOT use power tools to assemble or adjust the arm.
Use hand tools ONLY.
IMPORTANT
ICW recommends wood or metal stud mounting only.

MANAGE CABLES THROUGH ARM
Extend the arm straight out and
lay all the cables for your monitor,
keyboard and mouse in the
channel on top of the arms. Lay cables evenly around
adjuster with wire loom on
each side.
Wire tie cables around adjuster,
securing the cords and the wire
loom. Leave some slack.
Add provided wire clips, weaving
through wire loom to secure cables.
NOTE: YOU MUST LEAVE SOME
SLACK IN THE CABLES TO
ALLOW FOR ARM MOVEMENT. Add wire clips to end of arms
as well.

REMOVE ELITE
ARM COVERS
TOP COVERS:
Remove the
long arm cover
by unscrewing
the two 1/4”
long 6-32
flatheadscrews
in the center of
the cover using
a philips head
screwdriver.
END COVERS:
Remove the
end covers by
unscrewing the two
3/4” long 10-24
flatheadscrews
using a philips
head screwdriver.
CENTER COVER:
Remove the
center cover by
unscrewing the
four 3/4” long
10-24flathead
screws using
a philips head
screwdriver.
ATTACH PARALINK KEYBOARD TO MONITOR
Attach the Paralink
keyboard mount to the
monitor mount by using
the 3/8-16 screw and
lock washer provided.
ATTACH PARALINK KEYBOARD TRAY
• Remove beauty cap on
Paralink.
• Remove screw using
3/16” hex key.
• Slide keyboard tray into
Paralink.
• Replace screw and
tighten.
• Replace beauty cap.
• Loosen knob, adjust
Paralink to desired
position, then tighten knob.

Attach VESA
to monitor
using four 4mm
screws in the
hardware bag.

ADJUST BALL VESA
TENSION & HEIGHT
Use the slider knob
to loosen the slider to
adjust the height of the
monitor on the Paralink.
Adjust the pivot tension
of the ball by gently
and evenly tightening
or loosening the four
screws on the back of
the ball VESA.

TOP COVERS:
Attach the long arm
cover by screwing the
two 1/4” long 6-32
flatheadscrewsinthe
center of the cover
using a Phillips head
screwdriver.
END COVERS:
Attach the
end covers by
screwing the
two 3/4” long
10-24flathead
screws using
a Phillips head
screwdriver.
CENTER COVER:
Attach the center
cover by screwing
the four 3/4” long
10-24flathead
screws using
a philips head
screwdriver.
NOTE: DO NOT USE
POWER TOOLS TO ATTACH.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
IF COVER IS BEING
DISTORED, SCREW HAS
BEEN OVER-TIGHTENED.
ADJUST ROTATION LIMITS - WALL MOUNT
The rotation limits for the arm are set
by placing the stop pins in the holes
corresponding to where you want the
arm to stop. The stop pin then bumps
into the stop block on the front of the
wall mount ear, stopping the arm.
The stop pins can be removed and
set by hand.

ADJUST PARALINK & MONITOR TILT, ROTATION
• Gently hold sides
of monitor. Tilt and
rotate to desired
position with
ball VESA.
• Adjust monitor depth
by loosening the
adjustment knob,
moving the Paralink
forward or back, then
re-tighting the knob.

•Extend the Elite straight out as shown
before adjusting the arms’ resistance.
Be sure all equipment is mounted
on the arm before adjusting.
•Adjust the arm closest
tothemonitorrst.Use
the T-handle provided
to adjust the arms’
resistance.



If foot of Elite is not level,
slightly loosen center screw
with provided hex key.
Tighten set screws with hex key until foot is level, then
retighten center screw. Check for level. Repeat if necessary.
