please note the following information about the compatibility of hubs and
adapters, including this device!
• Your host computer must have a USB Type-A interface.
• The Type-A interface might be connected with USB 2.0 standard in
some computers and notebooks. The hub only supplies the full transfer
rate of 5 Gbit/s to USB 3.0 interfaces.

Adaptern, inklusive diesem Gerät, zur Kenntnis!
• Ihr Hostcomputer muss über eine USB Type-A Schnittstelle verfügen.
• Die Type-A Schnittstelle kann in einigen Computern und Notebooks mit

Usage
For the first use of the product, connect
the USB Type-B connector of the data
cable to the hub and the other end
(Type-A) to a USB 3.0 port of your
computer. The computer confirms the
connection of the device and automati-
cally installs any required drivers.
Note: The actual data transfer rates
depend mainly on the connected USB storage media.
Verwendung
Für die erste Verwendung des Produktes verbinden Sie den USB Type-B Ste-
cker des Datenkabels mit dem Hub und das andere Ende (Type-A) mit einer
USB 3.0 Schnitstelle Ihres Computers. Der Computer bestätigt den Anschluss
des Gerätes und installiert gegebenenfalls benötigte Treiber automatisch.
Hinweis: Die tatsächlichen Datentransferraten hängen maßgeblich von den
angeschlossenen Speichermedien ab.

1. Mount the clamp hub to your desired position either on a monitor or
tabletop.
1. Montieren Sie den Klemmhub an der von Ihnen gewünschten Stelle bei-
spielsweise an einem Monitor oder an Ihrer Tischplatte.
2. Plug the IB-HUB1408-CR into the Type-A port of your host computer.
2. Stecken Sie den IB-HUB1408-CR in den Type-A Anschluss Ihres
Hostcomputers.
3. After the IB-HUB1408-CR has been plugged in correctly the LED will light
up blue!

4. Connect your USB Type-C™, Type-A devices and supported memory
cards* to the appropriate ports.

Insert the SD card into the SD card slot with the bevelled corner ahead. The
golden pins of the card must point downwards.

Kartenschacht. Die goldenen Kontaktpunkte zeigen dabei nach unten.

Insert the microSD card into the microSD card slot with the bevelled corner
ahead. The golden pins of the card must point upwards.
