E-LOOP®
Installation manual e-loop®

DANGER
Persons who are under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medication that affects
their ability to react must not assemble,
commission, operate, maintain, repair or
dismantle e-chain®systems.
DANGER
The following personal protective equipment
must be observed when working with or on
the e-loop®:
• Protective work clothing
• Hard hat
• Goggles; or Safety Glasses
• Safety shoes
• Gloves
• (PPE against crash)
• In addition, the regulations applicable
to the respective industry or special
purpose must also be observed.
DANGER
All conversions and changes to the
e-loop®must comply with technical
safety requirements. Work on electrical
components may only be carried out by
qualified electricians in accordance with
electrical engineering regulations.
Handling and installation of the e-loop®must
only be carried out by trained personnel.
WARNING
The country-specific accident prevention
regulations and the general safety
regulations must be strictly observed when
operating our products.
There is a danger of crushing between the
individual chain links, mounting brackets,
strain relief, plugs and cables by moving /
motion of the e-loop®
Due to e-loop®movements there is a risk of
crushing in between the e-loop®and other
equipment or objects. The operator needs
to ensure that no people are working in
hazardous areas.
Damage may cause parts of the e-loop®or
the entire product to fall and injure people
underneath.
Electrical hazard due to (in case of fault) live
parts of the product.
When installing the cables, there is the
possibility of contact with live current. In
addition, there is a risk of electric shock if the
cables are installed incorrectly.
If the e-loop®(predetermined breaking point)
is torn off, there is a risk of electric shock. It is
recommended to use a shutdown control in
case the e-loop®is torn off.
