This product utilizes a Class 1 laser to read
Compact Discs. This laser Compact Disc Player is
equipped with safety switches to avoid exposure
when the CD door is open and the safety interlocks
are defeated. Invisible laser radiation is present
when the CD Player’s lid is open and the system’s
interlock has failed or been defeated. It is very
important that you avoid direct exposure to the
laser beam at all times. Please do not attempt to

1. Locate the numbered bracket that ts the
iPhone/iPod model that will be docked.
Each included bracket has a number on it,
indicating which iPhone/iPod model that
bracket is compatible with. See the separate
bracket chart page to identify which bracket is
needed.
2. Press the iPod button to switch to iPod
mode.
3. Press the iPod OPEN/CLOSE button to open
the iPhone/iPod compartment.
4. Insert the bracket into the dock for iPhone
and iPod.
5. Dock the iPod or iPhone into the dock.
6. Press the iPod OPEN/CLOSE button to close
the iPhone/iPod compartment.

1. Follow the instructions for Docking an iPod
or iPhone.
2. Press the PLAY button to begin playing

the DVD compartment.
3. Insert a DVD or CD into the DVD
compartment, label side facing out.

2. Press the PROG/MEM button on the remote.
3. Use the NUMBER KEYPAD to enter in the
titles and chapters or tracks in the order you
want them to play.
4. Use the DIRECTIONAL buttons to select the
on-screen START button. Press the SELECT
button to begin playing the programmed
DVD or CD.
5. To cancel the program play, press the STOP
button twice.

• Use to turn the Angle Mark on or o. When
on, an angle mark icon will appear on
supported DVDs when alternate angles can
be viewed.
OSD Language
• Use to adjust the on-screen display
language.
Screen Saver
• Use to turn the screen saver o or on.
AUDIO
Downmix
• Use to switch between LT/RT and Stereo.
VIDEO
HDMI Resolution
• Use to switch between 480i, 480p, 720p,
1080i, and 1080p.
Quality
• Use to adjust the brightness, contrast, hue
and saturation of video output through the
bar speaker.
SYSTEM
TV Type
• Use to switch between NTSC, PAL, and
AUTO. This can also be adjusted by using
the N/P button on the remote control.
Audio
• Use to adjust the audio language for the
loaded DVD.
Subtitle
• Use to adjust the subtitle language for the
loaded DVD.
Disc Menu
• Use to adjust the disc menu language for
the loaded DVD.
Default
• Use to reset the DVD player settings back
to their original conguration.

1. Connect an RCA audio/video cable AV1 or
AV2 inputs on the back of the bar speaker
and to a gaming system, set-top box, VCR, or
external DVD player..
2. Press the SOURCE button to switch to AV1 or
AV2 mode.
3. Use the connected audio and video source’s
native controls to play and control audio and
video played through the connected bar
speaker.
4. Use the COMPOSITE VIDEO OUTPUT or
HDMI OUTPUT to output video incoming to
the bar speaker to a television.

Connecting a Television

1. Connect an RCA video cable to the
COMPOSITE VIDEO OUTPUT on the bar
speaker and a composite video input on a
television.
2. Adjust the connected television to the
correct input setting.
3. Video played on or through the bar speaker
will now show on the connected television.
Requires an HDMI cable (not included)
Please note, the HDMI output will not support video
from a docked iPod or iPhone. To output video from
an iPod or iPhone, use the Composite Video Output.
1. Connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI
OUTPUT on the bar speaker and a HDMI
input on a television.
2. Adjust the connected television to the
correct input setting.
3. Audio and video played on or through the
bar speaker will now show on the connected
television.

Mounting the Bar Speaker to a Wall
1. Use the TAPE MEASURE to decide how high
you’d like to hang the bar speaker on the
wall.
The bar speaker must be hung within 6 feet of
an AC power outlet for the attached AC power
cable to reach.
2. Use the STUD FINDER to locate 2 parallel
wooden studs to screw the mounting
brackets into.
3. Mark the wall at the center of the studs using
the PENCIL.
4. Line the LEVEL up on both of your marks to
make sure they are level. If they’re not, adjust
the marks as needed to make them level.
5. After you’ve double checked your markings,
DRILL through the top holes on the
mounting bracket directly into the pencil
marks you’ve made on the wall.
6. Use the LEVEL to level the mounting bracket,
then drill the remaining screws into the
bottom holes on the mounting bracket.
7. Slide the bar speaker onto the mounting
bracket, and make certain there is a rm and
stable connection before letting go of the bar
speaker.
8. Finally, use the LEVEL to conrm that the bar
speaker is level.
