Warranty Informaon
It is our goal to do all that we can to provide our customers with the best value in
quality light therapy products on the market. Innovave Light Therapy, Inc. warrants
each new Sport-LT to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of one (1) year. The obligaon of Innovave Light Therapy under this warranty is ex-
pressly, solely and exclusively limited to the repair or replacement of the unit(s) or
any parts thereof, which to the sasfacon of Innovave Light Therapy, shall have
become defecve during the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to any
liability to medical expenses or for any other direct, indirect or consequenal damag-
es caused by failure, defect or malfuncon of any Innovave Light Therapy product,
except as herein provided. This warranty shall not apply to any Innovave Light Ther-
apy product that has been repaired, tampered with or altered by someone other than
an authorized Innovave Light Therapy representave. The power supply and secur-
ing straps must be provided by Innovave Light Therapy or authorized representave.
If items of this nature not provided by Innovave Light Therapy or an authorized rep-
resentave are used with an Innovave Light Therapy system, this warranty will be
voided. Addionally, Innovave Light Therapy will not be held liable for any mishaps
relang to the Innovave Light Therapy product. The Sport-LT is warranted by Inno-
vave Light Therapy and is deemed to be their only warranty honored by Innovave
Light Therapy in lieu of any and all warranes expressed or provided by any and all
other merchants, distributors, companies or persons. No person or enty has any
authority to bind any Innovave Light Therapy product to any warranty or guarantee
except as specically set forth herein.
You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus a 20% re-
stocking fee. Email us at info@innovavelighherapy.com with your order number
and we will help you through the process. Once your item is received, it will be in-
spected and processed. You should receive a credit to your payment method within 7
-10 days. All items should be sent insured and properly packaged. Innovave Light
Therapy assumes no responsibility for a lost or damaged product while in shipping.
Innovave Light Therapy disclaims all other warranes, either express or implied, in-
cluding but not limited to implied warranes relang to the use of the product and/or
result from the use of the product and any warranes which may be implied as a re-
sult of the purpose for which the product was manufactured. Not every person may
obtain desired results from the Sport-LT system. In no event will Innovave Light
Therapy be held responsible or liable for any failure to produce claimed results arising
out of the use or non-use of any Innovave Light Therapy product.
