Congratulaons on purchasing your Sport-LT. The Sport-LT is
the only portable light therapy unit designed specically to
help enhance recovery of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tennis/
Golfer’s Elbow and other repeve wrist and arm injuries. Rig-
orous tesng has shown that light therapy accelerates healing,
decreases inammaon and provides fast relief aer just a few
treatments. It is a safe, non-invasive alternave to surgery and
can help get you back to your game fast!

Sport-LT Operaon
To begin using your Sport - LT, press power buon once. The sta-
tus light will perform a quick self-test of system, beep once, and
then turn to the last seng that the unit was used in.
Press up to three mes for the various treatments.
Unit will beep 1 minute before compleon, then will beep for 2
seconds at compleon of treatment. To stop the unit at any me,
press and hold the power buon for 5 seconds or unl the status
light blinks. Then release the buon and the unit will turn o.
Charge the unit as needed with the supplied USB charger/cable
only. When the RED charging status light goes o, the unit is fully
charged. You will have approximately 6-8 treatments on BLUE un-
l the baery is discharged and approximately 10 treatments on
GREEN & RED. Do not use the system while it is charging.
Begin with 1 treatment, 2 X each day for the rst week, on the el-
bow or wrist area directly centered over where the pain is or
where the inamed tendon connects. The Sport-LT is most suc-
cessful when used with other modalies of treatment, such as ex-
ercise, ice therapy and someme splinng the wrist in cases of
moderate to severe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
Most users begin to nd relief aer 3-4 days of using the Sport-LT.

Warranty Informaon
It is our goal to do all that we can to provide our customers with the best value in
quality light therapy products on the market. Innovave Light Therapy, Inc. warrants
each new Sport-LT to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of one (1) year. The obligaon of Innovave Light Therapy under this warranty is ex-
pressly, solely and exclusively limited to the repair or replacement of the unit(s) or
any parts thereof, which to the sasfacon of Innovave Light Therapy, shall have
become defecve during the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to any
liability to medical expenses or for any other direct, indirect or consequenal damag-
es caused by failure, defect or malfuncon of any Innovave Light Therapy product,
except as herein provided. This warranty shall not apply to any Innovave Light Ther-
apy product that has been repaired, tampered with or altered by someone other than
an authorized Innovave Light Therapy representave. The power supply and secur-
ing straps must be provided by Innovave Light Therapy or authorized representave.
If items of this nature not provided by Innovave Light Therapy or an authorized rep-
resentave are used with an Innovave Light Therapy system, this warranty will be
voided. Addionally, Innovave Light Therapy will not be held liable for any mishaps
relang to the Innovave Light Therapy product. The Sport-LT is warranted by Inno-
vave Light Therapy and is deemed to be their only warranty honored by Innovave
Light Therapy in lieu of any and all warranes expressed or provided by any and all
other merchants, distributors, companies or persons. No person or enty has any
authority to bind any Innovave Light Therapy product to any warranty or guarantee
except as specically set forth herein.
You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus a 20% re-
stocking fee. Email us at info@innovavelighherapy.com with your order number
and we will help you through the process. Once your item is received, it will be in-
spected and processed. You should receive a credit to your payment method within 7
-10 days. All items should be sent insured and properly packaged. Innovave Light
Therapy assumes no responsibility for a lost or damaged product while in shipping.
Innovave Light Therapy disclaims all other warranes, either express or implied, in-
cluding but not limited to implied warranes relang to the use of the product and/or
result from the use of the product and any warranes which may be implied as a re-
sult of the purpose for which the product was manufactured. Not every person may
obtain desired results from the Sport-LT system. In no event will Innovave Light
Therapy be held responsible or liable for any failure to produce claimed results arising
out of the use or non-use of any Innovave Light Therapy product.
