LIMITED WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED?
iLuv Creative Technology ("iLuv") warrants, to the
original purchaser, that its products will be free from
defects in materials, parts,and workmanship for the
periods designated in each Product. The Warranty
begins on the date of product purchase and covers
a period of two years for products purchased in the
European Union, and one year for products
purchased in other countries (including the United
States and Canada), iLiv can exercise the option,
during any warranty service, to replace your product
with a new or remanufactured unit, equivalent to
your onginal purchase, For information on proper
installation, operation and use consult the manual
supplied with the product. If a replacement manual
is required, visit our website, www./-Luv,com to
download a manual.
EXCLUSIONS
This Warranty does NOT apply if the serial number is
altered or removed. It does not cover cosmetic
damage, antenna damage or loss, damage to AC
power cords, cal;inets, headbands, ear-pads, or
damage due to power line surges, connection to an
improper voltage source, the use of improper
settings, general misuse, mishandling or improper
application, accidents, acts of God, repairs
attempted by an unauthorized service agent, or
damage incuffed while the product is being
returned to iLuv.lf the product was purchased
outside the United States, please find an authorized
distributor as listed on our web site: wwv/.i-Luv.com.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Customers must obtain a Customer Return
Authorization number ((RA) on our web site,
www./-Luv.com (EXPRESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT) to
obtain a ticket. Fill out the on-line form including
the product's Date of Purchase, its Model Number, a
brief description of the problem, and your daytime
telephone number, or customers in the United
States and Canada may contact our Customer
Service Department at [phone] if the
problem appears to be related to a defect in
material or workmanship.
RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT
The product must be accompanied with a dated
proof of purchase, indicating the place of purchase,
the model, and amount paid. Send the unit, prepaid,
to the address below in suitable protective
packaging that meets UPS standards. You must
include the CRA number on the outside box, and
your telephone number and return shipping
address within the package. Return shipments are
at the customer's expense, and the return must be
accompanied by the original proof of purchase. We
strongly recommend insuring the shipment as
appropriate because the customer is responsible for
the product until it arrives at iLuv (for u.s, returns) or
its authorized distributor (for all other returns).
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER
THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE
CUSTOMER. iLuv SHALL NOT 8E LIABLE FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR
BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY
ON THIS PRODUG, EXCEPTTO THE EXTENT
PROHIBITED BY APPUCABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
