Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età
superiore a 8 anni, da persone con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o
mentali ridotte o da persone inesperte solo se preventivamente
istruite sull’utilizzo in sicurezza e solo se informati dei pericoli
legati al prodotto stesso o se sorvegliati da una persona
responsabile della loro sicurezza. I bambini non possono
giocare con l’apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione
dell’apparecchio non può essere fatta da bambini senza la
supervisione di un adulto. Tenere l’apparecchio e il cavo di
alimentazione lontano dalla portata di minori di 8 anni quando
l’apparecchio è acceso o in fase di raffreddamento.
Disinserire sempre la spina dall’alimentazione elettrica prima
della pulizia o manutenzione e in caso di mancato utilizzo
dell’apparecchio.
In caso di guasto o di cattivo funzionamento dell’apparecchio,
spegnerlo e non manometterlo. Per l’eventuale riparazione
rivolgersi solamente ad un centro di assistenza tecnica
autorizzato.
Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato deve essere sostituito
con il cavo originale fornito da un centro di assistenza tecnica
autorizzato, in modo da prevenire ogni rischio.
Dopo aver rimosso l’apparecchio dalla confezione, controllare
l’integrità della fornitura in base al disegno e l’eventuale
presenza di danni da trasporto. In caso di dubbio, non utilizzare
l’apparecchio e rivolgersi al servizio di assistenza autorizzato.
Tenere il sacchetto di plastica lontano dalla portata dei bambini;
Prima di collegare l’apparecchio, controllare che i dati della
tensione di rete riportati sulla targhetta di identificazione
corrispondano a quelli della rete elettrica disponibile. La
targhetta di identificazione si trova sulla griglia di areazione (9).
Il presente apparecchio deve essere utilizzato unicamente allo
scopo per cui è stato progettato, ovvero come SBATTITORE
per uso domestico. Qualsiasi altro utilizzo è considerato non

conforme e pertanto pericoloso.
NON utilizzare l’apparecchio con mani o piedi bagnati o
umidi.
NON tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio per
staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
NON esporre l’apparecchio all’umidità o all’influsso di
agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sole).
L’apparecchio è destinato esclusivamente a un uso in
ambienti domestici chiusi.
NON immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua o non metterlo
mai sotto un rubinetto di acqua corrente.
In caso di guasto o di cattivo funzionamento dell’apparecchio,
spegnerlo e non manometterlo. Per l’eventuale riparazione
rivolgersi solamente ad un centro di assistenza tecnica
autorizzato.
L’apparecchio non è destinato a essere fatto funzionare per
mezzo di un temporizzatore esterno o con un sistema di
comando a distanza separato o simili.
NON usare l’apparecchio vicino al lavandino pieno
d’acqua. Durante l’uso l’apparecchio deve essere posto in
modo che non possa cadere nel lavandino.
NON utilizzare in prossimità del piano cottura della
cucina. Prestare attenzione affinché il cavo non venga a
contatto con superfici calde, incandescenti, fiamme libere,
pentole e altri utensili.
NON toccare mai le parti in movimento.
Lavare le parti destinate al contatto con gli alimenti prima
dell’utilizzo.
NON tentare in nessun modo di toccare e/o estrarre le fruste (6) o i ganci
(7-8) mentre l’apparecchio è in funzione; spegnere e scollegare l’apparecchio
dalla presa di corrente prima di montare/smontare le fruste (6) o i ganci (7-8) e
al termine dell’utilizzo.
NON utilizzare l’apparecchio con indumenti a manica ampia e lunga, che
durante la lavorazione potrebbero attorcigliarsi alle fruste (6) o nei ganci (7-8).

• Disimballare l’apparecchio e rimuovere eventuali inserti o etichette adesive dal prodotto.
• Lavare accuratamente le parti removibili a contatto con gli alimenti: le fruste (6) e i ganci
(7-8) a mano con acqua calda e detersivo per stoviglie oppure in lavastoviglie.
• Asciugare accuratamente.
Il regolatore di velocità (3) prevede le seguenti posizioni:

MONTAGGIO
Per montare alimenti che non necessitano uno sforzo utilizzare le due fruste in dotazione (6).
• Inserire le fruste (6) nel corpo motore (5) fino al click [Fig. B].
Per impastare alimenti che necessitano uno sforzo utilizzare i due ganci in dotazione (7).
• Inserire il gancio con anello (8) nel foro grande di destra del corpo motore (5) [Fig. C].
• Inserire il gancio senza anello (7) nel foro piccolo di sinistra del corpo motore (5) [Fig. D].

NON occludere le griglie di areazione (1-9) durante il funzionamento.
NON far entrare acqua o oggetti all’interno delle griglie di areazione (1-9).
Il tempo di funzionamento in continuo deve essere inferiore ai 3 minuti. Prima di
ripetere questo ciclo lasciar raffreddare completamente l’apparecchio.
NON impastare un quantitativo di ingredienti superiore a 600 g di farina e 400
ml di acqua.
Dopo aver eseguito le operazioni di montaggio operare nel seguente modo:
• Inserire le fruste (6) o i ganci (7-8) all’interno dell’alimento da lavorare.
• Srotolare completamente il cavo di alimentazione (4).
• Inserire la spina del cavo di alimentazione (4) nella presa di corrente.
• Azionare il regolatore di velocità (3) alla posizione desiderata.
Se si verificasse uno dei problemi indicati, adottare la soluzione proposta:

Dopo aver eseguito l’operazione di utilizzo, procedere alla pulizia dell’apparecchio.
• Togliere la spina elettrica dalla presa di corrente.
• Sganciare le fruste (6) o i ganci (7-8) premendo il tasto di espulsione (2) [Fig. E].
• Lavare accuratamente le parti removibili: le fruste (6) e i ganci (7-8) a mano con acqua
calda e detersivo per stoviglie oppure in lavastoviglie.
• Pulire il corpo motore (5) con un panno umido ben strizzato.
• Asciugare accuratamente.

Se si verificasse uno dei problemi indicati, adottare la soluzione proposta:

A fine lavorazione
la farina non è ben
amalgamata all’impasto.
Estrarre i ganci dall’impasto e fare un leggero reimpasto con la mano, operando
dall’esterno verso l’interno fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido.
Si consiglia di versare nella ciotola prima l’acqua (ed eventualmente lievito e olio a
seconda della ricetta) e poi poco per volta la farina.
Iniziare la lavorazione con le fruste (6) per 1 minuto amalgamando parte della
farina all’acqua. Spegnere l’apparecchio, estrarre la spina elettrica dalla presa
di corrente. Cambiare le fruste con i ganci (7-8) e riprendere la lavorazione per
2 minuti versando tutta la farina. Spegnere l’apparecchio, estrarlo dalla ciotola e
fare un leggero reimpasto a mano per amalgamare tutta la farina. Riprendere la
lavorazione con i ganci (7-8) per un minuto.
La panna non è montata
bene. Utilizzare panna fresca e fredda da frigorifero.
SMALTIMENTO
L’imballaggio del prodotto è composto da materiali riciclabili. Smaltirlo in conformità
alle norme di tutela ambientale.
Ai sensi della norma europea 2002/96/CE, l’apparecchio in disuso deve essere
smaltito in modo conforme. I materiali riciclabili contenuti nell’apparecchio vengono
recuperati, al fine di evitare il degrado ambientale.Per maggiori informazioni, rivolgersi
all’ente di smaltimento locale o al rivenditore dell’apparecchio.
Per le riparazioni o l’acquisto dei ricambi rivolgersi al servizio autorizzato di assistenza ai

with European Standard EN 62079.
Instructions and warnings for a safe use
Before using this appliance, carefully read the
instructions and in particular the safety warnings,
and illustrative guide with the appliance for future
consultation. Should you pass the appliance on
to another user, make sure to also include this
documentation.
Should certain parts of this booklet be difficult to understand or
should doubts arise, contact the company before using the product,
at the address indicated on the last page.

SAFETY WARNINGS
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved or if supervised by a person responsible
for their safety. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
power cord away from children under 8 when the appliance
is on or cooling down.
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains before
cleaning or performing maintenance and when the
appliance is not in use.
If the appliance if faulty or malfunctions, switch it off and do
not tamper with it. Any repairs must only be carried out by
an authorised technical service centre.
If the power cable is damaged it must be replaced with an
original cable by an authorised technical service centre, so
as to prevent all risks.
After having removed the appliance from its packaging,
verify its integrity based on the drawing and any presence
of damage caused by transport. If in doubt, do not use the
appliance and contact an authorised service centre.
Before connecting the appliance, please make sure that the
voltage indicated on the identification plate corresponds to
that of the mains voltage. The identification plate is found
on the package of the product and on the ventilation grille
(9).
This appliance must be used only for the purpose for which
it was designed, namely as a MIXER for home use.Any other
use is considered not compliant and therefore dangerous.

DO NOT use the appliance with damp or wet hands or
feet.
DO NOT pull the power cable or the appliance to remove
the plug from the socket.
DO NOT expose the appliance to humidity or weather
conditions (rain, sun, etc.).
The appliance is designed exclusively for indoor domestic
use.
NEVER immerse the appliance in water and never place
it under running water.
If the appliance if faulty or malfunctions, switch it off and do
not tamper with it. Any repairs must only be carried out by
an authorised technical service centre.
The appliance is not intended to be used with an external
timer or through a separate remote control or similar
systems.
DO NOT use the appliance near a washbasin full of water.
During use, the appliance must be placed in such a way
that it cannot fall in the washbasin.
DO NOT use near a hob. Pay attention that the cable does
not come into contact with hot, incandescent surfaces,
open flames, pots and other utensils.
NEVER touch the moving parts.
Wash the parts that come in contact with the food before
using them.
DO NOT attempt to touch and/or remove the beaters (6) or the hooks (7-8)
in any way when the appliance is operating; switch it off and unplug it from the
mains before attaching/removing the beaters (6) or the hooks (7-8) and when
you have finished using it.
DO NOT use the appliance with loose and long sleeves, which may get caught
in the beaters (6) or the hooks (7-8) during operation.

CLEANING BEFORE FIRST USE
• Unpack the appliance and remove any inserts or adhesive labels from the product.
• Thoroughly wash the removable parts that come in contact with the food:the beaters (6)
and the hooks (7-8) by hand with hot water and washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher.
• Dry well.
OPERATION
The speed control (3) has the following positions:

ASSEMBLY
Use the two beaters supplied (6) for food that does not require effort.
• Insert the beaters (6) in the motor casing (5) until they click into place [Fig. B].
Use the two hooks supplied (7) for food that requires effort.
• Insert the hook with the ring (8) into the large hole on the right side of the motor casing
(5) [Fig. C].
• Insert the hook without the ring (7) into the small hole on the left side of the motor
casing (5) [Fig. D].

USE
DO NOT obstruct the ventilation grilles (1-9) during operation.
DO NOT let any water or objects enter the ventilation grilles (1-9).
Continuous operation must not exceed 3 minutes. Before repeating this cycle,
let the appliance cool down completely.
DO NOT mix an amount of ingredients that exceeds 600 g of flour and 400 ml
of water.
Proceed as follows after having assembled the appliance:
• Immerse the beaters (6) or hooks (7-8) into the food to be mixed.
• Fully unwind the power cable (4).
• Insert the plug (4) in the socket.
• Set the speed control (3) to the desired position.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the appliance after having used it.
• Remove the plug from the power socket.
• Remove the beaters (6) or hooks (7-8) by pressing the eject button (2) [Fig. E].
• Thoroughly wash the removable parts: the beaters (6) and the hooks (7-8) by hand with
hot water and washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher.
• Clean the motor casing (5) with a well-wrung damp cloth.
• Dry well.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Should one of the problems indicated occur, adopt the proposed solution:

Remove the hooks from the mixture and mix lightly with your hands working inwards
until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Itisrecommendedtorstpourthewaterintothebowl(andthentheyeastandoil,

Starttheprocessingwiththebeaters(6)for1minute,mixingpartoftheourwith
thewater.Switchtheapplianceo,removetheplugfromthesocket.Changethe
beaters with the hooks (7-8) and continue the processing for 2 minutes, pouring all
theourin.Switchtheapplianceo,removeitfromthebowlandlightlymixitby
handtoworkintheour.Continueprocessingwiththehooks(7-8)for1minute.
The cream is not whipped
properly. Use fresh cold cream from the fridge.
DISPOSAL
The product is packaged in recyclable materials. Dispose of it in compliance with the
environmental protection standards.
The appliance must be disposed of in compliance with EU standard 2002/96/EC.
The recyclable materials contained in the appliance must be collected to prevent
environmental pollution. For further information contact the local waste authority or
the appliance retailer.

REINIGUNG BEIM ERSTMALIGEN GEBRAUCH
• Das Gerät auspacken und evtl.vorhandene Einsätze oder Aufkleber vom Produkt entfernen.
• Die abnehmbaren Teile in Kontakt mit den Lebensmitteln reinigen: die Quirle (6) und die
Knethaken (7-8) von Hand mit heißem Wasser und Spülmittel oder in der Spülmaschine.
• Sorgfältig abtrocknen.

MONTAGE
Zum Schlagen von Lebensmitteln, für die kein Kraftaufwand erforderlich ist, die zwei
mitgelieferten Quirle (6) verwenden.
• Die Quirle (6) in den Motorkörper (5) einstecken, bis ein Klicken zu vernehmen ist [Abb. B].
Zum Kneten von Lebensmitteln, bei denen ein Kraftaufwand erforderlich ist, die zwei
mitgelieferten Knethaken verwenden.
• Den Knethaken mit Ring (8) in die große rechte Öffnung des Motorkörpers (5) einstecken

• Den Knethaken ohne Ring (7) in die kleine linke Öffnung des Motorkörpers (5) einstecken

Während des Betriebs die Lüftungsöffnungen (1-9) NICHT verschließen.

REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
Das Gerät nach dem Gebrauch reinigen.
• Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Quirle (6) bzw. Knethaken (7-8) durch Drücken der Auswurftaste (2) auslösen [Abb. E].
• Die abnehmbaren Teile reinigen: Die Quirle (6) und die Knethaken (7-8) von Hand mit
heißem Wasser und Spülmittel oder in der Spülmaschine.
• Den Motorkörper (5) mit einem feuchten und gut ausgedrückten Tuch reinigen.
• Sorgfältig abtrocknen.

Nach der Verarbeitung ist
das Mehl nicht richtig mit
dem Teig vermengt.
Knethaken aus dem Teig nehmen und diesen leicht von Hand vermischen. Dabei von
außen nach innen arbeiten, bis ein weicher Teig entsteht.
Es wird empfohlen, zuerst dasWasser (und evtl.Hefe und Öl, je nach Rezept) und dann
nach und nach das Mehl in die Schüssel zu geben.
Die Verarbeitung mit den Quirlen (6) für 1 Minute beginnen und dabei einen Teil des
Mehls mit dem Wasser vermengen. Das Gerät ausschalten und den Stecker aus der
Steckdose abziehen. Quirle durch Knethaken (7-8) austauschen und für 2 Minuten
kneten. Dazu das gesamte Mehl einfüllen. Das Gerät ausschalten und den Teig aus
der Schüssel nehmen. Leicht von Hand kneten, um das gesamte Mehl zu vermengen.
Dann mit den Knethaken (7-8) für eine Minute weiter kneten.
Die Sahne wurde nicht
steif. Frische Sahne aus dem Kühlschrank verwenden.
