1.1 DESCRIPTIONOFTHEPRODUCT.
Magis Pro12-14-16 V2isa heatpump consisting of:
- UI MP APindoorunit (hereinaer itwillonly bereferred toasindoorunit);
- UE AudaxPro12-14-16 V2outdoorcondensing unit (hereinaer itwillonly bereferred toasoutdoorunit).
Magis ProV2isperfectly operational onlyif the twounits arecorrectlypoweredandinterconnected.
e indoor unit was designed solely for wall mounted installations for heating and air conditioning (and to produce domestic hot water
fordomesticuse andsimilarpurposesonlyifpaired withastorage tank unit).
Fornormal operationismust bepairedwith the followingoutdoorunits:
- UE AUDAXPRO12V2;
- UE AUDAXPRO12V2T;
- UE AUDAXPRO14 V2;
- UE AUDAXPRO14 V2T;
- UE AUDAXPRO16V2;
- UE AUDAXPRO16V2T.
Accordingly,itisnecessarytocomplywithall oftherules regarding safetyand the useofboth appliances.
1.2 INSTALLATIONWARNINGS
Operatorswhoinstallandservicetheappliancemustwearthepersonalprotectiveequipment
requiredby applicable law.
eplaceofinstallationofthe appliance andrelativeImmergasaccessoriesmust havesuitable features (technicalandstructur-
al),such as toallowfor(alwaysin safe, ecientandcomfortableconditions):
- installation(according totheprovisionsof technical legislationandtechnical regulations);
- maintenanceoperations(includingscheduled, periodic, routine andspecial maintenance);
- removal (to outdoors in the place for loading and transporting the appliances and components) as well as the eventual re-
placementofthosewith appliances and/orequivalentcomponents.
Installation must be carried out according to regulation standards, current legislation and in compliance with local technical
regulations andthe required technical procedures.
e wall surface must be smooth, without any protrusions or recesses enabling access to the rear part. ey are not designed to
beinstalledon plinths oroors(Fig. 1).

Alwaysdisconnectthe appliancefromvoltageand, depending onthetype ofoperation,decreasethe pressure and/orbring itto
zero inthesystem circuit.
Beforeinstalling the appliance,ensurethatitisdeliveredin perfectcondition;ifin doubt, contactthe supplier immediately.
Packing materials (staples, nails, plastic bags, polystyrene foam, etc.) constitute a hazard and must be kept out of the reach of
children.
If the appliance is installed inside or between cabinets, ensure sucient space for routine servicing; for minimum installation
distances, see Fig. 4.
Keep all ammableobjectsawayfromthe appliance(paper, rags,plastic, polystyrene, etc.).

Donotinstallontheverticalprojectionofhobs.
Do not install in places/rooms that constitute public areas of apartment buildings, internal
stairwaysorotherescaperoutes(e.g.oorlandings,entrancehalls,etc.).
Topreventelectrocution,reorinjury,alwaysswitchotheunit,disabletheprotectiveswitch
and, if smoke escapes or if the unit is extremely noisy, contact the Authorised Aer-Sales
TechnicalAssistanceCentre.
Donotinstallnearsourcesofheat.
Using specic kits, the indoor unit can be paired with other Immergas products and installed inside an outdoor wall using the specic
Container SuperTriorecessedframe ormountedonan indoorwallin the Domus ContainerSuper Trio.
Payattentionnottogeneratesparksasfollows:
– Donotremovethefuseswhiletheunitison.
– Donotunplugtheunitwhileitison.
Itisrecommendedtoinstalltheoutlethighup.Laythecablesinsuchawaythattheydonotget
tangled.
Installing thewallrecessedframe kit must guaranteethe indoorunitstable, ecientsupport.
e recessed frame kit ensures appropriate support only if installed correctly (according to the rules of good practice), following the in-
structionsonitsinstructionsleaet.
erecessed frame fortheindoorunitis nota supporting structure andmust notreplace the wall removed. Itis necessarytopositionthe
boilerinsidethewall.
Forsafety reasons againstanyleaksit isnecessarytoplaster the housingcompartmentof the indoorunitinthe brickwall.
Wall mounting of the indoor unit must guarantee stable and ecient support for the genera-
tor.
e plugs (standard supply) are only to be used to x the indoor unit to the wall; they only ensure adequate support if inserted correctly
(according to technical standards) in walls made of solid or semi-hollow brick or block. In the case of walls made from hollow brick or
block, partitions with limited static properties, or in any case walls other than those indicated, a static test must be carried out to ensure
adequatemount.

sarytoinstallaninertialstoragetank(optional).
For proper system operation, make sure that the minimum ow rate in operating conditions
neverdropsbelow750l/h.
When the circulation within each room central heating loop is controlled by remotely operated valves, it is important to guar-
anteethe minimumwatercontent(50 litres), evenif all the valvesare closed.
When the circulation within each or certain room central heating loops is controlled by remotely operated valves, it is impor-
tantto guaranteetheminimumow rate, evenif all the valves areclosed. Itisnecessary tohavealoopthatisalways openon the
system(by-pass ornon-intercepted zone),toallowsomefunctionssuchas,forexample,theantifreezefunction.
Failuretocomplywiththeaboveimpliespersonalresponsibilityandinvalidatesthewarranty.

To preventtheriskoffreezing followtheinstructionsbelow:
Follow the supplier's instructions for the life cycle duration and possible disposal of the anti-
freeze liquid.
eexcessive use ofglycol couldjeopardisethe properfunctioning oftheappliance.

Protect the domestic hot water circuit against freezing by using an accessory that is supplied on request (antifreeze kit) comprising two
electric heating elements, the relevant wiring and a control thermostat (carefully read the installation instructions contained in the ac-
cessory kitpack).

In order not to void the warranty, before making indoor unit connections, carefully clean the heating system (pipes, radiators,
etc.) with special pickling or de-scaling products to remove any deposits that could jeopardise proper hydronic module opera-

In order to meet the system requirements established by EN 1717 in terms of pollution of drinking water, we recommend installing the
IMMERGAS anti-backow kit to be used upstream of the cold water inlet connection of the indoor unit. We also recommend using cat-
egory 2 heat transfer uid (ex: water + glycol) in the internal unit primary circuit (heating and/or cooling circuit), as dened in standard
EN 1717.
To preserve the duration of appliance eciency features, in the presence of water whose features can lead to the deposit of lime
