Improper Use Cases
Safety measures should be taken before riding, e.g. wear
sportswear, helmet, kneecap, elbow pads and so on
People between 14 and 60 years old may use the
product, pregnant women is NOT allowed to ride the
scooter
Do not make phone calls or listen music when you ride
the scooter
Be care of roadblocks, sand stones, mud, puddles, ice
and snow etc. Do not ride on slopes bigger than 20⁰.

Battery Charging Troubleshooting
Refer to full manual for detailed troubleshooting
Recommend that you run troubleshooting before contacting service hot line
Problem Solution
Fails to turn on Try charging battery to full
Fails to charge 1. Check connection points
2. If still not charging, leave it plugged for an hour
3. If still not charging, contact service hot line
No horn Check to see if the Bluetooth switch is on
No Bluetooth signal Check to see if the Bluetooth switch is on
•Open the charging port cover. Make sure the port is clean and dry
•Connect charger to battery and plug the other end to mains power (100-240VAC, 50/60Hz).
Charging indicator should turn on
•Red indicator light means normal charging. Otherwise check cable connection.
•When the color changes to green, it means the battery is full (over 99%). Please unplug as
prolonged overcharging may affect battery life.
