Safety precautions
Do not use the product in a humid or dusty environment to avoid electric shock
or failure of the mechanical parts.
Do not use the product when the indoor temperature is above 40 ℃.
Do not use the product outdoors or under direct sunlight.

Use of the training poster
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and keep pauses between exercises of
similar length.
1. Rowing
Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the plate and keep your legs slightly
bent. Grasp the handles of the resistance bands and pull them upward with
bent arms.
2. Lifting
Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the plate and keep your legs slightly
bent. Grasp the handles of the resistance bands and pull them upward with
arms extended.
3. Calf lift

Now slowly stand on your toes and slowly go back to the whole foot

your legs.
5. Lunges
Stand in front of the plate. Now place one leg on the plate and go down until
the thighs form a right angle. Then put the leg back next to the other and
repeat the exercise with the other leg.
6. Curls
Support your arms shoulder-width apart on the plate. The buttocks are in the
air and the heels are on the floor with the legs almost extended in front of the
plate. Now bend the arms until the buttocks almost reach the floor and then
slowly straighten the arms again.

7. Pushups
Rest your arms shoulder-width apart on the plate. Keep the body straight and
under tension. Slowly bend arms until upper and lower arms are at right angles.
Then slowly straighten arms again.
8. Leg lift
Support yourself with one arm sideways on the plate. Keep body under tension
and straight. Now slowly lift the upper leg and lower it again. After 20 seconds
repeat the exercise with the other leg.
9. Sit-ups
Sit in the middle of the plate with your hands and legs in the air. Now slowly
tighten your legs and slowly stretch them again. Keep the balance with the
upper body.
10. Static Pushups
Kneel on the plate with your elbows on the floor in front of the machine. Hold
this position with body tension for 30 seconds.
11. Relax
Kneel in front of the product with your arms on the plate. Keep your back and
neck straight. Let vibration and oscillation bring your body to a state of rest
