Nach dem Setzvorgang stellen Sie den Klinkenhebel nach unten/hinten (1) und
bewegen den hinteren Zangenhebel einmal zur Entlastung in die entgegengesetzte
Richtung (2).
Bring the small trigger into the rear position after setting (1) and move the back-
ward bracket into the opposite direction for release one-time (2).
Abschließend kann der Gewindedorn
mit der Rändelschraube aus der gesetz-
ten Blindnietmutter herausgeschraubt
werden.
Finally unscrew and remove the mandrel
from the blind rivet nut with the help of
the knurled nut.

Wechsel Gewindedorn (Gewindehülse) | Change of the mandrel (threaded sleeve)
Lösen Sie das montierte Mundstück (1) und entfernen Sie den Gewindedorn (Gewindehülse) (2).
Wählen Sie den Gewindedorn (Gewindehülse) für die neue Abmessung aus und positionieren Sie Ihn analog zur
Entnahme wieder im Werkzeug (3).
Nehmen Sie dann das zur ausgewählten Gewindedorngröße passende Mundstück und befestigen hiermit den Gewindedorn (4).
Release the assembled nosepiece (1) and remove the mandrel (2). Choose the mandrel (threaded sleeve) for the new size
and insert it to the tool again (3). Finally take the fitting nosepiece and fix to the chosen mandrel.

Blindnietmutter -A- (Blindnietgewindebolzen -B-)
auf Gewindedorn (Gewindehülse) aufschrauben.

Die Blindnietmutter (-A-) soweit auf den Gewindedorn aufschrauben und justieren, dass alle Gewindegänge erfasst
werden und der Gewindedorn leicht übersteht. Dabei liegt der Setzkopf der Mutter am Mundstück der Zange an.
Das Vorgehen bei der Verwendung von Blindnietgewindebolzen -B- erfolgt analog.

Beim Setzen der Blindnietmutter (Blindnietgewin-
debolzen) ist die Skala (>>Bild 1) zu beachten, die
zurückgelegten Weg des Klemmbereiches anzeigt.

Nach dem Aufschrauben der Blindnietmutter (Blindnietgewindebolzen) ist
unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass diese mit dem Gewindedorn (Gewindehülse)
gegeneinander auf Vorspannung gebracht werden, damit die Ratschenfunktion
aktiviert wird.

Stellen Sie den kleinen Hebel am vorderen Schenkel vor dem Setzvorgang nach oben /vorn (1). Halten Sie diesen
Schenkel fest und beginnen dann den hinteren Schenkel in vor und zurück zu bewegen (2) bis die Blindnietmutter
(Blindnietgewindebolzen) korrekt und vollständig gesetzt ist (3).

Bei der Bestimmung der richtigen Blindnietmutter (Blindnietgewindebolzen) ist darauf zu achten,
dass der angegebene Klemmbereich nicht überschritten wird!
Die fehlerfreie Funktion des verarbeiteten Verbinders kann sonst nicht gewährleistet werden!
Beachten Sie beim Gewindedornwechsel (Gewindehülse), dass jeweils das passende Mundstück
verwendet wird!
Verwenden Sie nur Original -Ersatzteile!

Please consider that the used mandrel (threaded sleeve) always matches to the nosepiece.
