Important Instructions
Please read operating instructions before using the appliance to ensure
safe and reliable performance.
Do's
1. Before plugging in the socket ensure that the mains voltage complies
with the rated one.
2. Keep the mains lead away from the hot body of the heater and ensure that
it is not pulled tight between the socket and the heater.
3. Always ensure that the heater is placed on a firm level surface. Ensure
that the heater is not positioned close to curtains, furniture or any
combustible materials as this could create a fire hazard.
4. Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool before moving it from one
location to another.
5. Please ensure there is a gap of approximately 1m in front and 50cm to the
rear of the unit between it and any flammable or easily deformed object.
Never use the appliance where there is flammable and explosive gas or
powder. To prevent electrical shock, do not use in a wet place.
6. Extreme caution is necessary when heater is used in the vicinity of
children or the
elderly.
7. Before cleaning the unit disconnect from the power source. Switch off
and unplug.
Don'ts
1. Do not use this heater in the immediate vicinity of a bath, shower or
swimming pool.
2. Do not use the heater unless the wheel assemblies are correctly attached.
3. Do not touch the fins during operation.
4. Do not obstruct any of the openings of the heater.
5. Do not position the heater in front of, or immediately below, a wall
socket.
6. Do not insert any object through any openings on the heater.
7. Do not use the heater in areas where flammable liquids are stored or
where flammable fumes may be present.
8. Do not use this heater with a thermal control or a program controller, a
timer or any other device that switches the heater on automatically, since
a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or displaced.
9. Do not attempt to dismantle or repair any part of the heater. This should
only be done by a recognized service agent.
10. Do not use outdoors. This product is for household use only.

11. Do not use the appliance in rooms having area less than 4m².
12. Do not connect the appliance to extension cords or multiple outlets.
13. Do not let the cord to hang over the sharp edges or hot surfaces.
Before First Use
After unpacking the unit and before any use, make sure the all parts of
the unit and all its attachments are not damaged.
How to Assemble
The wheels must be fitted to the heater in accordance with the details
below.
NOTE: - It is important that the wheel assemblies are fitted to the correct
(i.e. bottom) end of the heater.
1. Turn the heater upside down.
2. Position the wheel mounting plates between the end fins.
3. Attach them to the heater using the U-bolts and wing nuts supplied.
4. Tighten the wing nuts.
5. Attach the castors to the plates with the nuts provided.
How to Use
When the heaters are turned on for the first time or after having not
been used for a long period, the heaters may emit some smell and
fumes. This will disappear when the heater is ON for a short while.
1. Choose a suitable location for the heater, taking into account the safety
instructions above.
2. Insert the plug of the heater into a suitable socket.
3. Select heat setting as per your need by turning the heat selector switch.
4. Turn the thermostat control clockwise as far as it will go. The indicator
light on the selected power switch will glow ON.
5. When the desired room temperature has been reached, the thermostat
knob should be turned slowly anti. Clockwise until the thermostat is
heard to click off and the lights on the rocker switches are seen to go out.
After this the heater will keep the air temperature in the room at the set
temperature by switching on and off automatically.

6. In it's minimum (fully anti-clockwise) position, the thermostat provides
a frost guard position. In this position (depending on the size of the
room) the heater will maintain the temperature above freezing.
7. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
8. Children should be supervised to ensure that they don not play with the
appliance.
Fan (Fitted in Dragon Fin 9FF Model)
The heater is fitted with a fan for hot air circulation inside the room.
Fan can be operated from the push switch provided in front of the heater.
Safety Devices
Thermal cut-out
For safety, the heater is equipped with a thermal cut-out that has been
designed to function when the heater internal temperature rises above a
certain point, the heater will automatically turn off. This thermal cut out
protects from overheating of heater. Please wait for about 15 minutes
while the temperature of heater lowers, then heater will begin to work
automatically.
Tip Over Switch
The heater is fitted with a tilt switch which will only allow the heater to
operate when it is standing the correct way up. If the heater is tilted on
it's side or turned upside down it will not operate.
Cleaning & Maintenance
1. Always un-plug the heater from the wall socket and allow it to cool
down before cleaning.
2. Clean the outside of the heater by wiping with a damp cloth and buff
with a dry cloth. Do not use any detergents or abrasives and do not
allow any water to enter the heater.
3. If the appliance is not used for an extended period it must be protected
against excessive dust and dirt. Please dismount the heater and store in a
dry place away from sunlight and dirt.
Special Instructions:
1. The appliance is fitted with an exact amount of special oil. If oil leakage
happens, please contact with authorized customer service of INALSA.
2. The heater is oil filled, it do not heats up instantly, it will also remain hot
for a long time after switching off.
