Lockingringsareasafetydetailwhichstoppartseingthrownoutfromthesprungrake
unitifascrewisdamaged.Itisimportantthatthelockingringiscorrectlyinplaceduring
adjustment/tightening.Onlywhentherakeunitspringsarenotpressurised(loosely
adjusted)maythelockingringseremoved,forexamplewhenchangingtherakelocks.

Rememertoassemlethelockingringseforetightening.Positionthelockingringsso
thattheycaneasilyeaccessedwiththetool/pliers.Itisimportantthatthelockischanged
ingoodtimesothatthesteelplategluedtothelockdoesnotru/damagetherakedisc.
ReplacingrakelockM52
Loosenthescrewjoint.
Removethecupspringsandreplacelocks.
Reinstallinreverseorder.

1.Placetherotatoronaflatsurface.
2.Tiearopeorsimilararoundtheproductandfixituponthemachine'spoint,orotherhigh
location,sothattheproductcannotfallwhenthecranetipisloosened.
Caution
ARiskofcrushinginjuries.Checkthattheproductcannotfalleforeitis
loosenedfromthecranetip.
3.Removetheupperpinsothattheproductisloosenedfromthecranetip.
4.Removetheupperpinsothattheproductisloosenedfromtherotator.
5.Removetheproduct.
