1) Remove the vent cover and monitor.

2) Specification of the monitor 8-pin connector
< CAN HIGH & LOW >
No.5-pin(Light Green/Orange) = CAN HIGH
No.6-pin(Light Green) = CAN LOW
< POWER & GND >
No.1-pin(Red/Yellow) = 12V POWER
No.3-pin(Brown) = GROUND(GND)

3) Splice the ‘IN CAN H(No.3 / White) wire’ to
‘No.5 wire(Light Green/Orange)’ of the monitor 8-pin connector.

4) Splice the ‘IN CAN L(No.4 / Green) wire’ to
‘No.6 wire(Light Green)’ of the monitor 8-pin connector.

5) Splice the ‘BAT +(No.1 / Yellow) wire’ to
‘No.1 wire(Red/Yellow)’ of the monitor 8-pin connector.

6) Splice the ‘GROUND(No.2 / Black) wire’ to
‘No.3 wire(Brown)’ of the monitor 8-pin connector.

7) 4 wires should be spliced with each wires of monitor connector. 8) Set the DIP switch for BMW 5 Series(F10 / 4-Pin LVDS).

9) Red LED light will be turned on after connect the cable.

10) Driver’s seat is moved to the memory position No.1(ⓐ)
automatically, when you turn on the ignition.
The seat is moved back to the memory position No.2(ⓑ),
when you turn off the ignition.
