Grazie per aver acquistato il tostapane “INN - 701” con pinze apribili, per
tostare in modo più semplice e facilitare l’inserimento e l’estrazione del toast.
Prima dell’uso, leggere attentamente tutte le avvertenze e le istruzioni d’uso e
conservare il presente manuale per future consultazioni.
NORME DI SICUREZZA E AVVERTENZE
•Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio, leggere attentamente le istruzioni per l’uso e
in particolare le avvertenze sulla sicurezza, attenendosi ad esse. Conservare il
presente manuale, per l’intera durata di vita dell’apparecchio, a scopo di
consultazione. La mancata osservanza delle istruzioni potrebbe essere causa di
incidenti e rendere nulla la garanzia, sollevando il fabbricante da ogni
responsabilità.
•ll presente apparecchio deve essere utilizzato unicamente per lo scopo per cui è
stato progettato, ovvero come TOSTAPANE per uso domestico e non deve
essere utilizzato nelle zone per cucinare riservate al personale in negozi, uffici
e altri luoghi di lavoro, in fattorie, da clienti di hotel, motel, bed and breakfast
e altri ambienti professionali e luoghi simili. Qualsiasi altro utilizzo è considerato
non conforme e pertanto pericoloso.
•Gli elementi di imballaggio (sacchetti di plastica, cartone, polistirolo ecc.) non
devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di
pericolo e devono essere smaltiti secondo quanto previsto dalle normative
vigenti.
•Dopo aver rimosso l’apparecchio dalla confezione, controllare l’eventuale
presenza di danni da trasporto e l’integrità della fornitura in base al disegno.
In caso di danneggiamenti o dubbi sull’effettiva integrità, non utilizzare
l’apparecchio e rivolgersi al servizio di assistenza autorizzato.
•Non usare l’apparecchio se il cavo o la spina risultano danneggiati.
•Prima di collegare l’apparecchio, controllare che i dati della tensione di rete
riportati sulla etichetta dati corrispondano a quelli della rete elettrica
disponibile. L’etichetta dati si trova sull’apparecchio stesso.

•L’apparecchio deve essere collegato ad una presa con un conduttore di terra.
La spina dell’apparecchio deve entrare nella presa perfettamente. Non alterare
in alcun modo la spina. Non usare adattatori.
•Prima di utilizzare il prodotto, mettere in funzione il tostapane per alcuni
secondi senza pane. È normale se inizialmente fuoriesce un po’ di fumo.
•ATTENZIONE: La temperatura delle superfici metalliche accessibili può essere
elevata quando l’apparecchio è in funzione. Non toccare le superfici calde,
utilizzare gli apposite manici o delle presine.
•Utilizzare solo pane pretagliato appositamente per il tostapane.
•Non introdurre nel tostapane cibi di eccessive dimensioni, fogli o contenitori di
alluminio o utensili in metallo. Questo potrebbe provocare uno shock elettrico.
•Non usare il tostapane vicino a tendaggi, mobili imbottiti o altri rivestimenti in
tessuto, potrebbero facilmente incendiarsi.
•Non rimuovere il cibo dal tostapane, quando la leva di sollevamento è in basso.
•Non rimuovere il cassetto raccoglibriciole, quando il tostapane è collegato alla
rete. Disconnettere l’apparecchio dalla rete, farlo raffreddare e poi rimuovere
il vassoio.
•Non utilizzare parti o accessori diversi da quelli forniti in dotazione.
•Non usare il prodotto all’esterno.
•Non mettere o posizionare il prodotto vicino a fornelli elettrici o a gas o forni
riscaldati.
•Non usare il prodotto se è caduto a terra, se ci sono visibili segni di danneggiamento.
•Non tirare il cavo di rete per sollevare, trasportare o togliere la spina dalla
presa di corrente.

•Assicurarsi che il cavo non presenti nodi o piegature.
•Verificare lo stato del cavo elettrico. Cavi danneggiati o annodati aumentano il
rischio di scossa elettrica.
•Non usare la spina o il cavo con le mani o i piedi bagnati o umidi.
•Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve essere sostituito dal
produttore o un centro di assistenza tecnica autorizzato, in modo da prevenire
ogni rischio.
•In caso di guasto o di cattivo funzionamento dell’apparecchio, spegnerlo e
non manometterlo. Per l’eventuale riparazione rivolgersi solamente ad un
centro di assistenza tecnica autorizzato.
•Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di 8 anni in su e da
persone con ridotte capacità fisiche sensoriali o mentali o con mancanza di
esperienza e di conoscenza se sotto sorveglianza oppure se hanno ricevuto
delle istruzioni riguardanti l’utilizzo dell’apparecchio in sicurezza e se
capiscono i pericoli implicati. Le operazioni di pulizia e manutenzione da parte
dell’utilizzatore non devono essere effettuate dai bambini senza supervisione.
Tenere l’apparecchio e il suo cavo fuori dalla portata di bambini con età
inferiore a 8 anni.
•Questo prodotto non è un giocattolo. Assicurarsi che i bambini non giochino
con l’apparecchio. Tenere il prodotto lontano dalla portata dei bambini.
•Non capovolgere il prodotto mentre è in funzione o è collegato alla rete.
•Disconnettere l’apparecchio dalla presa di corrente, quando non è in uso e
prima di procedere con qualsiasi attività di manutenzione o pulizia.
•Questo prodotto è stato concepito per il solo uso DOMESTICO, non è stato
concepito per uso industriale o professionale
•Non lasciare mai il prodotto incustodito quando è in funzione.

•Riporre il prodotto in un ambiente asciutto privo di polvere, lontano dalla luce
diretta del sole e da fonti di calore.
•NON immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua e non metterlo mai sotto il getto di
acqua corrente.
•Per l’uso, posizionare il prodotto su una superficie piana e stabile, in modo che
non possa cadere a terra, nel lavandino o in altri contenitori di acqua.
•NON utilizzare in prossimità del piano cottura della cucina e o altre fonti
di calore. Prestare attenzione affinché il cavo non venga a contatto con
superfici calde, incandescenti, fiamme libere, pentole e altri utensili.
•Questo apparecchio non è destinato ad essere utilizzato tramite timer esterni o
sistemi di controllo remoto.
•L’utilizzo di piccole fette di pane (dimensioni inferiori a 85x85mm) può causare
rischio di scottature.

FUNZIONAMENTO
• Posizionare il tostapane su una superficie, asciutta piana e stabile, lontana da
fonti di calore.
• Collegare il tostapane alla presa di corrente, facendo attenzione che il
voltaggio richiesto dal prodotto corrisponda a quello della rete locale e il
cassetto raccoglibriciole sia ben inserito.
• Impostare il livello di doratura tramite la manopola (F).
• Inserire il pane nelle apposite fessure o il toast nelle pinze e poi nel tostapane,
poi abbassare la leva START (E).
• La leva rimarrà abbassata fino a che la fase di tostatura non è completata.
• Per interrompere la tostatura, premere il tasto Cancel (D), che solleverà il toast
e cancellerà le precedenti impostazioni.
• Se il toast si è attaccato alle pareti del toaster, disconnettere il tostapane dalla
rete e lasciarlo raffreddare. PER RIMUOVERE IL PANE, NON USARE UTENSILI
IN METALLO.
• Prima di utilizzarlo nuovamente, lasciarlo raffreddare almeno per 1 minuto.
• Non usare il tostapane se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato. Non tentare
di ripararlo, contattare un centro assistenza.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
• Prima di procedure con qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o manutenzione, lasciar
raffreddare il tostapane e disconnetterlo dalla presa di corrente.
• Non immergere il tostapane in acqua
• Non usare spugne o tessuti abrasivi per pulire il tostapane.
• Non usare spray o applicare detergenti direttamente sulle pareti o dentro il
tostapane. Versare il detergente su un panno morbido.
• Pulire la superificie esterna del tostapane con un panno morbido ed umido ed
asciugare poi con un panno morbido asciutto.
• Dopo la pulizia attendere alcuni minuti prima di utilizzare il tostapane per far
asciugare completamente le pareti esterne.
• Tutte le attività di riparazione o altre attività di manutenzione devono essere
effettuate da un centro assistenza autorizzato.

Thanks for purchasing toaster “INN - 701” with openable pliers, an easy-to-use
but reliable tool to to toast more easily and facilitate the insertion and removal
of toast. Before use, read all the instructions and warnings carefully and keep
this user manual safe for future use.
SAFETY NORMS AND WARNINGS
•Please read the instructions of use and safety norms before using the appliance
and follow these at all times. Keep this manual with the appliance for future
consultation for all the product life. Failure to comply with the use and
maintenance instructions provided in this user manual could lead to an accident
and will invalidate all and any rights to the manufacturer’s warranty.
•This appliance must be used only for the purpose for which it was designed
that is as a TOASTER for home use. Any other use is improper and potentially
dangerous.
•Keep all packing material (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene, etc..) out of
reach of the children, since they are potential sources of danger and must be
disposed of as provided by law.
•After having removed the appliance from its packaging, verify its integrity
based on the drawing and any presence of damage caused by transport.
If in doubt, do not use the appliance and contact an authorised service centre.
•Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.
•Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label matches the mains voltage
before plugging in the appliance. The rating label is on the product.
•The appliance must be connected to an outlet with a protective earthing.
•The appliance’s plug must fit into the mains socket properly. Do not alter the
plug. Do not use plug adaptors.
•Before using the product, turn the toaster on without bread for a few seconds.
It’s normal if initially a bit of smoke comes out.

•CAUTION: Temperature of accessible parts might be very high during
operation. Do not touch hot surfaces, use handles or special oven gloves.
•Use only pre-cut bread fot the toaster.
•Do not put into the toaster oversize food, aluminum sheets or containers or metal
tools. This may cause an electric shock.
•Do not use the toaster near curtains, upholstery or other fabrics, which could
easily catch fire.
•Do not remove the food from the toaster, when the lift lever is down.
•Do not remove the crumb tray, when the toaster is connected. Disconnect the
device from the network, let it cool and then remove the tray.
•Do not use accessories or parts other than those supplied.
•Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
•Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
•Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of
damage or if it has a leak.
•Do not force the electrical connection wire. Never use the electric wire to lift up,
carry or unplug the appliance.
•Ensure that the electric cable does not get trapped or tangled.
•Check the state of the electric cable. Damaged or knotted cables increase the
risk of electric shock.
•DO NOT use the appliance with damp or wet hands or feet.
•If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an
authorised technical service centre, so as to prevent all risks.

•In case of fault or malfunctioning of the appliance, switch it off and do not
tamper with it. If the device needs to be repaired, contact an authorised
technical assistance centre.
•This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Cleaning and maintenance operations must not be performed by
children without supervision. Keep the product and its cable out of reach of
children under 8 years old.
•This product is not a TOY. Keep it out of reach of children. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

•Do not turn the appliance over while it is in use or connected to the mains.
•Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use and before
undertaking any cleaning task.
•This appliance is for household use only, not professional or industrial use and
it must not be used in cooking areas reserved for staff in stores, offices and
other workplaces, in farms, hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts and other
professional environments and similar places.
•Never leave the product unattended when in use.
•Store the appliance in a dry place, free from dust and out of direct sunlight, far
from heating sources. Never immerse the appliance into water or other liquid

•When in use, place the product on a flat and stable surface, ensure it cannot
fall on the floor, in a sink or a container full of water.
•DO NOT use near the kitchen hob. Be careful that the cable does not touch
hot, incandescent surfaces, open flames, pans or other utensils.

•This product is not intended to be used with timer or remote controlling systems.
•The use of small bread slices (size smaller than 85x85mm) might increase the
risk of burn.

OPERATION
•Place your toaster on a flat, dry, stable surface, away from heat sources.
•Plug the toaster to the socket, making sure that the voltage shown on the rating
label corresponds to the local mains voltage. The crumb tray should be correctly
inserted.
•Set the browning level using the knob (F).
•Place bread or other food suitable for toasting into the pliers. Put the pliers into
the toaster, then press down the start control (E).
•The lever will remain down until the bread is toasted.
•If you wish to stop the toasting process, press the Cancel button (D).
This will automatically eject the toast, and cancel the heating elements.
•If the bread sticks in the toaster, unplug it, wait for it to cool, then remove the
bread. NEVER USE METAL UTENSILS TO REMOVE THE BREAD.
•Always allow at least 1 minute’s cooling time between cycles if toaster is being
used more than once at a time.
•Do not use the toaster if the power cord is damaged. Do not try to repair it, call
a service center.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Unplug the appliance from the mains and let it cool before starting any
cleaning.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid, or place it under a
running tap.
• DO NOT use coarse or abrasive sponges/cloths or steel wool to clean the
toaster.
• Never spray or apply cleaner directly onto or into the toaster – cleaner should
be applied to a soft cloth.
• The outside of the toaster should be wiped with a soft, damp cloth, and polished
with a soft, dry cloth.
• After cleaning, wait a few minutes for the toaster to dry completely before use.
• An authorized service center should perform any other servicing.

INFORMATION TO USERS according to Legislative Decree No. 49 of March
14, 2014 “ 2012/19/UE Implementation of the Directive on Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE) “. The crossed-out dustbin symbol indicates that the
product at the end of its life must be collected separately from other waste.
The user should, therefore, take the equipment with the essential components at the end of its
useful life to the separate collection center of electronic and electrical waste, or return it to the
retailer when purchasing new equipment of equivalent type, in ratio of one to one, or one to
zero for devices with larger side less than 25 CM. The separate collection for the
decommissioned equipment for recycling, treatment and environmentally compatible
disposal contributes to avoid possible negative effects on the environment and human health
